Repairs to potholes not exceeding 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth and applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m of paving bitumen (VG-10), putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m of paving bitumen (VG-30), blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed, depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm. Note: (i) Pot holes shall be marked and checked by Engineer-in-charge. 100% quantity before commencement of work and shall also be entered in MB with reference to permanent objects before starting carpeting work. (ii) Rate quoted by contractor shall deemed to be including of supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings.

Preparing black top bituminous surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air pressure through air jet using air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc including removing the mud etc to a distance minimum 1.5 m from edge of road and applying evenly a tack coat of bituminous primer using paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of road surface by sprayer operated hot pressure mechanism including Supplying, laying, spreading 30 mm consolidated thickness of semi dense asphaltic concrete with Job mix formula using paving bitumen (VG-30) at the rate of 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using mechanical paver for leveling within the specified tolerance as specified in SSR Part - I, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient with power roller for uniform smooth surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The job mix formula shall be approved by GE. (ii) 5.5% binder content has been specified for quoting purpose of bid. If the quantity of the bitumen exceeds 5.5% as mentioned in Schedule A / BOQ during job mix formula, no plus price adjustment shall be made. If the quantity of the bitumen required as per job mix formula works out to less than 5.5% the recovery of the supply only bitumen shall be effected @ Rs 60/- per Kg. The cost of transportation of material and testing charges shall be borne by the Contractor.) (iii) Contractor shall intimate the planned date of incorporation of mix in advance to GE. Premix will be approved in writing by Rep of Accepting Officer at plant site before incorporation of the same in the work .

M&L for Premixed bituminous, macadam laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber consolidated thickness 75 mm or less as per design mix upto 4% min binder compete all as specified.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of Aluminium body alloy of size 100 x100 x 20mm , meeting IP65 for water resistance fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specfied and as directed. Contractor shall submit 2 years warranty for Cat Eye from the manufacturer.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like not exceeding 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for stainless Steel (Grade 304) framed work of pipes, hollow square / rectangular sections, angles, Tees, flat including gusset plates etc and welding and or riveting etc as required, as in frame work for sign boards, railings, grills and other similar work, etc; complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 3 mm thick ACP sheet of any colour as approved one side covered with retro-reflective sheet and with necessary fixing arrangements and writing /printing letters, numbers, comma, dashes, etc with retro-reflective tape, cut to size ( Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30 cm high complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 3 mm thick ACP sheet of any colour as approved both side covered with retro-reflective sheet and with necessary fixing arrangements and writing /printing letters, numbers, comma, dashes, etc with retro-reflective tape, cut to size ( Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30 cm high complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling, sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Excavating in post holes or similar holes each not exceeding 0.50 Cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm watering and ramming surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs solar road stud meeting IP65 for water resistance having 3 super bright LEDs of colour Red/Yellow to a side (total 06 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy of approx size 125 x 125mm or 120 x 130mm and height 20mm with built in stem of suitable length for fixing with epoxy, LEDs solar cells battery of minimum 3.3V 500 mAH & light sensor well protected inside under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet top system, with minimum visual distance of 1000 m, workable for 2-3 days (night) after full charge in 8 to 10 Hrs complete all as specified.

S&F ABS plastic Speed breaker/ bump in parabolic convex shape of size 500 x 375 x 50 mm thick , with inbluit reflectors, heavy duty, highly resistant to severe traffic impacts and harsh weather conditions, dovetail interlocking sub units, load capacity of minimum 50 tons jointed and fixed to make the bump perfectly uniform, bump made out of precoloured material (black/ yellow) and UV stabilizer to keep them perfectly colourful, motorists with 02 Nos reflectors on either side to make it clearly visible motorists during night hours, fixing with 06 Nos metalic bolts in each and fixing the same on road with 12 mm dia 12 mm long zinc plated steel bolts and adhesive complete all as specified and directed

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
