Major Repair at BMS Gagribal.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50 meter and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil :

P/L stone soling (Hand packed) in trenches incl. ramming, dressing, watering etc. incl. all leads, lifts and carriage upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing, cleaning and curing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) . Light shade using white cement.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Welded

Painting on G.S sheets with synthetic enamel paint of approved band and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution.

Engagement of following skilled and un-skilled labours for dismantling tiles, WC doors and other allied works labour.
