Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated/semi corrugated etc) sheet in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 0.50mm thick, pre- painted corrugated/ ‘Z’ profile galvalume roofing sheets as in roofing (in any location and any type) having high strength steel with minimum 550 Mpa strength hot dip coated with aluminium zinc alloy (55% aluminium and 45% zinc) pre-painted with primer coat of 5 micron and coated with silicon modified polyester coating of 20 micron and alkalyed coating of 10micron on reverse side. End rib, side over lap and overlap of sheets shall be designed for anti-capillary activities to avoid any seepage of water through lateral overlap as per manufacturer’s instructions, including fixing with self-drilling and self-tapping screws 0.5mm dia full threaded, all Kautex coated and fitted with EPDM washers in stainless steel. The screws shall be coated with anti-corrosive substance to ensure longer life and shall be fixed using drill guns for lead proof installation. Screws shall be of “HILTI” make Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet of anycolour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with cross steel screws or self-tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. confirming to quality 'A', Fe-410 (Gde E- 250) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat (finishing coat) of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on external fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint including preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of white wash including preparation of new plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring of light, fan, socket 5/15Amps or power point complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendant, regulator, socket, lamp holders, brackets, lamp fittings, tube light fittings etc including switch boards and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling/floors etc so as to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully sub main wiring including copper/ aluminium/ GI earth continuity conductor and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down main/ sub main MCB DB with MCBs of any size and capacity along with teakwood boards and including all fittings/furniture carefully and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light point controlled by one way switch complete with 1100Volts grade 1.50 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded FR grade copper conductor cable (Make: Anchor/ Havells/ Plaza/ Finolex/ Polycab) fixed/ drawn through white/ ivory colour heavy duty PVC casing and capping ISI marked of suitable size with all accessories/ fittings with sunk pressed steel terminal boxes 1.6mm thick (Make: Prestoplast/ Pressfit/ Finolex/ Precision) and fixing on wall/ ceiling with and including providing PVC board with cover (ISI marked) for mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc. withand including one run of 1100Volts grade, 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded FR grade copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire and connecting to common earth and carrying out IR test for each circuit including making good the disturbed surface by cement mortar 1:3 and matching/ finishing surfaces by distemper/ colour wash as per existing colour surfaces over plaster of paris/ putti complete all as specified and directed.
