Providing wood work in posts, trusses and frames of false ceiling partition etc., with superior hardwood cat-II sawn and put in position excluding the cost of timber as per the direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC 0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Non combustible as per BS 476 (part-4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking wooden grid . The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready made) of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacturer's specification.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink as per IS:13983 with C.I. brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required :

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :
