Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 metre wide not exc 1.50 metre deep in soft/ loose soil for laying of pipe line and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No - 1.00 above but for exc 1.5m for the first 1.5m, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil surplus to the requirement to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install,testing & commissioning of Transformer step down 11KV/433V outdoor type copper wound 315 KVA Capacity (Energy efficient level 3) confirming to IS:1180 level 2 or as per latest IS for specification with necessary, standard fittings of 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles vector group Dyn-11 having primary (HT) voltage of 11 KV and secondary (LT) voltage of 433 V off load tap changing gear to provide volts with tapping on primary side having steps of + 2.5% from (+) 5% to (-) 7.5% in equal steps of 2.5% each so as to vary voltage on secondary side including first fill of transformer oil, the transformer shall be delta connected on 11KV side & star connected on secondary side with neutral brought out including provn of HT busing on HV (delta connection) side & LT cable box on LV (star connection) side incl plinth mounting arrangement, (The transformer will have its initial oil filling to appropriate level (cost of oil including testing with desired dielectric strength included in rates) comprising of the followings complete :-

Note: (Altitude of installation - 1950m above MSL) (i) The transformer shall be ISI marked with energy efficiency level-2 category and having BEE certification for which necessary test certificate to be produced by contractor from manufacturer of the transformer. (ii) Pre commissioning test of transformer shall be carried out by Rep of Accepting Officer/ SEI from HQ CEWC. (iii) Before procurement of transformer, contractor shall furnish certificate that manufacturer has obtained licence from Bureau of Indian Standards. (iv) Cost of Foundation for Transformer and Cattle fencing around is not included in above rates and will be paid separately. (v) Cost of all arangements , machinery and labour for fixing and installation of transformer on specified site is included in quoted rates. (vi) Contractor has to produce OEM test certificate.

M&L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws asspecified type 410 SP-55 (11.00 metres long), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Anti-climbing device spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts and washers,clamps,welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminum paint including locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of air break gang operated triple switch (GOD) outdoor type , vertical mounting type of capacity 200 Amp with drop out fuse consisting 12 insulators ISI marked mechanically operated mounted on insulator and frame work with operating GI rods and mechanical work from ground level with locking arrangement including Godrej pad lock with two keys complete with fuse carrier and HT fuse element having upto 60 Amp rating suitable for HT 11 KV 50 HZ AC supply including necessary electric connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning lightening arrestor suitable for HT 11 KV , expulsion type , 65 KA 11 KV rating including complete connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core laid in trenches/ on poles/ road crossing or passing through pipe under road crossing, clamping on wall etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing or laying HDPE (DWC) tubing 100 mm dia of pressure rating 6Kgf/Cm2 fixing on poles, walls under floors, laying on surface etc as reqd at site complete all as specified and directed. Note: All items and accessories , bend, joints, nut bolts, clamps for wall fixing as per site requirement etc are directed to be incl in quoted rates.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected to galvanised iron strip 32×6mm at two points by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthling test point drawn through GI pipe for protection of earth lead wire incl PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 on SSR Part-I including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Rate of Earth work, Earthing electrode, all connections, nut-bolts, washers, earth lead protection pipe of dia 20 mm, water pipe of dia 20 mm complete labour, testing, Earth lead upto 7.5 mtr, char coal dust, common salt, porcelain insulator, PCC earth Pit, CI frame ,RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh are incl in quoted rate.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning outdoor type cubical LT Main panel board of size not less than 1.5 m x 1.5 m x 0.5 m with outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50 x 50 x 6mm on PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 platform 60cm above the ground level and 45cm below the ground level, factory fabricated with front openable , lockable, having pad lock arrangement , with pad lock , louvers and air vent, gasket ‘u’ type for natural flow of air, completed dust & vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volt 50 Hz factor fabricated ( Factory approved from CPRI) having modern fabrication followed by powder coated painting having thickness not less than 100 microns TPN aluminum bus bar 630 Amps insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable and shall be mounted on suitable size ‘F’ class insulators, marking connection with aluminum strip conductor of and general construction to IS-61439 of 1993 comprising of the following:-

S&F cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for end termination joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 240 sqmm, Indoor type, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently with welding, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) of Fe-410W (GdeE-250) quality-B against worn out channel, angle iron etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick walls or concrete external surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling surface or as leveling course or in foundation or under tiles or in any required work and make surface clear, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 23.00 above but for PCC 1:2:4, Type B-2, complete all as specified and directed.
