M&L for collecting unserviceable ceiling fans 1200 mm sweep 230V, AC single phase from store yard of AGE E/M, dismantling the ceiling fan and taking out complete burnt winding from fan motor and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper winding wire of exisiting gauge & size including thoroughly cleaning all the components of fan, oiling varnishing,Greasing the fan with and including replacement of rusted/unserviceable nuts, bolts, split pin, rubber reel, flexible twin core twisted copper cable approximate one metre long for each fan , machine screws etc, depositing the repaired fan to store yard complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 1 here-in-before but ceiling fan of size 1400 mm sweep of any make & type/model.

All as per item No 1 here-in-before but exhaust fan of size 450mm sweep of any make & type/model.

All as per item No 1 here-in-before but exhaust fan of size 380mm sweep of any make & type/model.

All as per item No 1 here in before but exhaust fan of size 300mm sweep of any make. & type/model.

All as per item No 1 here in before but exhaust fan of size 200/225mm sweep of any make. & type/model.

Note for item No 1 to 8 :- Rewinding shall be carried out in the AGE E&M store yard and necessary rent shall be deducted from contractor payment.

Supply and fixing in replacement dry type capacitor 2.5 mfd suitable for any type and any make fan including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement dry type capacitor 4 mfd suitable for any type and any make fan including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out the defected ball bearing of ceiling fans / Exhaust fans/ air circular fans / pedestal fans and supply and fix new ball bearing suitable for existing housing of 6201& 6202 including necessary machine work complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11 here in before but of No 6203 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out the worn out Gun Metal Bush and supply and fixing in repair new gun metal bush of suitable size for any sweep and make of celing fan /exhaust fan / table fan / air circulator / cabin fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing stepped type electronic fan regulator, flush type 1 module 230/240 volt for 1200/1400 mm sweep ceiling fan & connecting up complete on body & base of laminated top sheet cover complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing stepped type electronic fan regulator, flush type 2 module 230/240 volt for 1200/1400 mm sweep ceiling fan & connecting up complete on body & base of laminated top sheet cover complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the worn out / defective blades of ceilng fan of 1200 mm sweep and supply and fixing new blades with screws and spring wasers complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 16 here in before but ceiling fan of size 1400 mm sweep.

Labour only for Attending complaints of ceiling fan/exhaust fan/wall fan,at various location including ckecking for safety by taking down & checking of rubber bush, by nut, bolt and locking pin of ceiling hook,fan down rod, canopy, U clamp etc for safty to avoid fall down the ceiling fan and rectify the same by replacing with new spare/components complete all as specified and directed.

Note:-(i) Spares required against checking/attending complaint shalll be measured and paid seperately here in after as supply only. (ii) The contractor or his representative will attnd the office of the Engr-in-Charge daily( Working Day ) at 9.30 AM to collect the complaint slip and will provided sufficient no machine for repair /rewinding of fans and cost of the same will be given in respective sch item.The complaint will be completed/done with in 24 hrs fromthe the date of issue of complaint slip, failing which a panel recovery of Rs 50/- per complaint per day will be recovered form contractor .

Supply only new hanging rod 300 mm long for any make and any type of ceiling fan complete having two Nos holes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 'U' clamp with rubber reel, nut, bolt and split pin of superior quality for ceiling fans complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only canopy set suitable for any make / size ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting of ceiling fan any make of size 1200/1400 mm with one coat of white synthetic enamel paint with spray gun including preparing surface and making surface of body, down rod and blade even and smooth etc incl writing SM/MES No where diretcted after painting all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement blade screw suitable for verious sizes / make for ceiling fans complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement fan hook of size 15 mm dia MS bars, fixed to RCC roof or perlin for hanging of ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsv point wiring and M&L for point wiring in existing conduit for one ceiling fan/light controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable FR-LSH controlled by one switch,including PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable FR-LSH connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsv point wiring and M&L for point wiring for one ceiling fan/light/ 5 Amp ind controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable FR-LSH in and including concealed PVC conduit 20 mm dia medium duty ISI marked, flush to surface for one fan point/light/ 5 amp ind controlled by one switch,including PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable FR-LSH connected to common earth dolly complete including cutting, chasing the surface and then making good to disturbed surfaces with cement mortar and painting the suraface to match with surrounding complete all as specified and directed.

(a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing switch piano flush type ,6 Amp one way 240V AC (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed including including taking down old complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing complete for ceiling rose surface backelite three terminal 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC body ventilation fan 200/220 mm size with louvers suitable for single phase, 230 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply including taking down old unsv fan and depositing the same to E/M Sore yard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement metal body louvers suitable for 200 to 300 mm exhaust fan incl necessary nuts bolts and fastners to fix into wall and taking down old unsv louvers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement metal body louvers suitable for 380 to 450 mm exhaust fan incl necessary nuts bolts and fastners to fix into wall and taking down old unsv louvers complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 30 & 31 :- Rate are inclusive of T&P required for fixing the louvers into 2 to 3 storey bldgs with safety arrangement and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Note:- Net contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of Sch of credit.
