Material and labour for RCC M-25 (Design mix) foundations, including rafts,footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter) flat surfaces complete all as specified

Material and labour for RCC M-25 (Design mix) columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions square/rectangular surfaces and fair finished complete all as specified

Supply and fix TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking,bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 07 but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders

Supply and Fix Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment .Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A.

Supply and Fix 25mm dia Mild steel rag or lewis bolts, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, exc 30cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161 1979 grade St-240 including distance pieces, cleats ,gusset plates etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.70 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength 570 Mpa as in roof covering cladding to wall roof covering fixed with self tapping screw as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of untreated new surfaces of steel and iron work exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100 mm thick P.C.C 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base finished even and rough .

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete

Material and labour for brickwork with fly ash ,subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster , (10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6 and 5 mm thick in CM 1:4) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces.

Material and labour for preparing new surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer including use of scaffoldings complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Material and labour for providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in coping , benching completed all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 1.25 mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete

Taking down existing mild steel gates of size n.exc 12.00 sqm of each leaf and refixing the same and other opening of necessary repairs as required directed at site .

Supply and fixing MCB single pole and neutral rated capacity 32 Amps, 240 Volts breaking capacity 10 KA, 'C' curve complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB single pole rated capacity 5 to 32 Amps, 240 Volts breaking capacity 10 KA, 'C' curve complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in replacement for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal ground level, connecting to GI earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 15 mm dia. light grade protection pipe for earth lead complete with charcoal and common salt in alternate layer including watering arrangement with galvanized iron pipe medium grade 20mm dia, PCC Chamber, CI frame and cover, MS funnel with wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil/strata and testing on completion. Supply and fix air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long for fixing on GI pipe medium grade 40mm dia pipe duly making suitable fixing arrangement of one end of air termination rod all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for aluminium strip 25 mm x 3.15 mm as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten/ porcelain/ epoxy insulators or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. connected upto test terminal point etc including fixing with saddles and screws for fixing porcelain/epoxy insulators/ conduit/ pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note: Insulators/conduit/pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items here-in-after

Material & labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated location for loop earthing etc. with GI strip 32 x 6mm.

Material and labour for plate earthing for complete with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI strip 32x6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic bodies of equipments etc at the other end, earth strip encased in and including 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25 x 4 mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete withwire mesh, funnel and earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and CI cover 10 mm thick hinged to CI frame complete all specified and shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I. Note:- (a) Rates for excavation and earthwork in any type of soil/strata, testing on completion, GI strip 32x6 mm dia and 40 mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr from earth plate is deemed to be included in rate quoted. (b) On testing after completion if, earth resistance not found less than 2 Ohms the earthling shall be re-done at no extra cost.

Supply and fixing test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws including provision of 30cm x 25cm x 8cm sheet metal box made out of 3.15 m thick CRCA sheet with front hinged door shutter & locking arrangement and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing PVC junction box IP 65 of size 200 mm x 160 mm x 98 mm having shutter & lifting knob with provision of earthing strip entry glands on wall/poles with suitable size of nut, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe of size 50 mm bore, light grade to be fixed on pole for GI strip protection including socket bend etc complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fixing post insulator epoxy LV type suitable for lightening conductor aluminum strip size 25x4 mm, fixed on wall/roof/pole including screws complete all as specified and directed.
