Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring ie. light, fan, socket or power/points complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of ceiling, walls, floors, etc.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with proper colour coding using, 1100 volts grade, 1.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated FRLS, unsheathed wire with multi stranded copper conductor confirming to IS-694, part-II, ISI marked and including PVC casing and capping not less than 25 mm size, ISI mark with all accessories on wall/ceiling/floor/roof etc, including 1.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated, FRLS, unsheathed, 1100 volts multistranded copper conductor green colour as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly all as specified and directed for the following :- NOTE : Circuit conductor from MCB DB to Switch boards should not be less than 2.5sqmm.

M & L for copper strip 20 x 3mm burried in ground or fixed on walls/floor with suitable saddles and screws beyond 7.5mtr of earth lead connecting with test point after taking out old/unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of single core PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor in and including heavy duty PVC conduit fixed with screw on wall and using cable size 1x50 Sqmm 1100 Volt grade stranded copper conductor after taking out old, U/S earthing strip complete all as specified and as directed. M & L Test point terminal block made of gunmetal /phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, filling, spreading, leveling in layers and well ramming dry river sand around cable in cable duct after cleaning of unwanted debris from cable ducts complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for MS chequered plate 5 mm thick size as per site requirement including cutting to required shape and appling two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint for climbing and light fitting post on steel tubular poles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earth pit of PCC M-15 Type B-1 in pit with XPM not elss than 4Kg per Sqm MS funnel with jali, and Earthpit with cover and making good excavated surfaces such as hard standing refixing machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks removed during excavation on earthpit to mach existing surfaces after taking out old/unserviceable one complete and testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix electrical Insulating mat confirming to IS15652/2006 (superceding IS: 5424-1969) B.I.S+CPRI+NTH+ERDA approved of C class of mats dielectric strength 65KV, sheet thickness not less than 3.0MM using at power houses including pasting of rubber mats with adhesive resin all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Dismantling of ACB and Supply, fix ,test and commissionning in existing panel ACB manual drawout type with microprocessor release 4Pole, 1600 Amps, MDO, 50KA suitable for 415V, 3phase, AC supply including necessary modification in panel with 2 mm thick CRCA sheet door and suitable size of Copper bus bar with PVC sleev and inculing dismantling of burnt ACB all specified and directed.
