SR to Gurjibhata to Kharali road such as SDBC and side shoulder repairing under Tureikela Block for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uptooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposalof top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment.

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Providing & laying Semi-dense bituminous concrete ( S D B C ) with batch type hot mix using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen as clause 508 of MoSRT & H. including 1% cess & as per direction of the EIC.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised, cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC-67 made of high intensity grade retro-reflective sheeting of encapsulated lens type vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2.00 mm thick or A.C.P. (Aluminium composite panel) used for sign boards with a thermoplastic core of low density polyethylene (LDPE) between two thick sheets of aluminium with over all thickness of 4 mm and aluminum thickness of 0.5mm on both sides supported on mild steel angle post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 75 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour, T & P, excavation, curing etc. complete, under supervision of Engineer-in-Charge.(90 cm equilateral Triangle)
