Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil n. exc. 1.50m wide and n. exc. 1.50m deep for laying cables, erecting poles etc. and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1.00 above but depth exceeding 1.50m and not exceeding 3.00m

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying/ spreading in trenches clean dry sand to required width and depth at bottom and top of cable including spreading, levelling, punning for laying/ cushioning of cable all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness only will be considered or payment.

Supply and laying burnt bricks, old size, sub class 'B', laid flat abutting each other, perpendicular to cable with width equal to width of brick laid in trenches for protection of cable all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in coping for poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix, connecting and testing MCB single pole (MCB SP), 6 to 32 Amps, 240 volts of rupturing capacity 10kA, C curve type all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of capacity 20 Amps, 230 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix, connecting and testing isolator TPN, 100 Amps, 415 volts all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix OFF LOAD changeover switch 4 pole, 200 Amps, 440 volts, including sheet metal enclosure along with cable end termination adopter box complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix, connecting and testing factory made, MCB distribution board (MCB DB), IP 38, TPN, 4 way, 240 Volts, double door, flush type made out of 1.2mm thick CRCA sheet metal, Phosphatised, duly powder coated and conforming to IS 13032 with 200 Amps rated bus bar, neutral link, earth bar and din rail etc. complete fixed in switch board/ wall complete all as specified and directed. Note: MCBs shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for submain wiring complete with two runs of 6.0 Sqmm single core, multistranded, FR PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with copper conductor, drawn through and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked 25mm external dia concealed in wall/ floor along with conduit fittings and accessories, fixed on ceiling with one run of 6.0 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified. Note: Two runs of 6.0sqmm multi-stranded cable and one run of 6.0sqmm cable as earth continuity conductor alongwith PVC conduit shall be considered as one unit length.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning 16.0m high mast shaft in two sections, suitable for 55m/ sec wind speed with raising & lowering system comprising head frame, luminaires carriage suitable to install 08 No. 200 watt luminaires in symmetrical arrangement, double drum winch, 6mm dia SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial and wiring material from junction box to individual luminaire & MCB in base compartment complete with the following:- (a) M&L foundation with foundation bolts manufactured from special steel alongwith nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template including design of foundation as per ground conditions complete. S&F street light panel, 3 phase, digital 24 hours timer with 32 Amp TP contactor and 40 Amp TPN MCB provided with inbuilt circuit protection with protection degree IP 54 suitable for 6 KW load including taking down old street light panel complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells Cat No. IHXTS03060 OR equivalent from other makes specified in particular specifications.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip of size 32 x 6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron, protected by means of 40mm dia light grade GI pipe all as specified and shown in MES schedule electrical plate No. 3 of SSR (Part-I) including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/ loose soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 in chamber, 50mm thick RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab with 8mm dia MS bars at 100mm centre to centre both ways and MS 6mm dia hook, charcoal dust, salt, funnel for watering complete and testing the earth resistance and writing on the chamber by paint complete all as specified and as directed.
