CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLES AND SEPTIC TANKS AND MISC REPAIRS TO UPKEEP THE HYGIENIC CONDITIONS, AREA DRAINAGE, FOOTPATH, PLINTH PROTECTION, FENCING UNDER AFSOD/13 PARA SF AREA UNDER GE (NORTH) BANGALORE

Machine and labour for Mechanically pumping out sewage liquid from septic tanks of any size and depth and removal the same to distance/place as earmarked by state auth out side defence land including any type of T & P required etc. dewatering of water complete all as directed.

Removing carefully the cover slabs of man holes of any size and shape and removing the scum/sludge including any organic or inorganic materials to a distance exc 1000m and not exc 1500m and deposting eco friendly where as directed by Engineer-in-charge including cleaning manholes using bleaching powder after cleaning the sludg to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and setting the manhole cover in position & set in CM (1:6 ), depth of manhole upto 1.50mtr complete all as specified & directed.. Note: Manhole cover if provided new shall be measured & paid separately.

All as per item No 2 herein before but depth of manhole exc 1.5m but n.exc 3.00mtr

Note for Item No 1 to 4:- (a) Contractor shall detail his supervisor to attend office of AGE B/R North daily by 9.00 AM to receive all complaints of entire area under this contract. (b) Contractor shall provide service providers (sweepers) both the complaint cell located at (Vasanth enclave, PRTC,106 Inf BN, MI line, ML line, Katoch line & 160 MCO Det) as per the complaints list given alongwith all requisite tools, equipments, including safely measures for attending complaint and ensure completion by 5.00 PM same day.

(c) All the complaints relating to sewage line shall be attended within same day (within 12 hour). In case of blockage in sewage line could not be detected/completed same day and concerned JE / Engineer-in-Charge is not satisfied to the efforts applied but the same shall be attended and all blockage must be cleared by 24 hours (next day by 5.00 PM) without fail. (d) In case any complaint pertaining to clearing of blockage in sewage line is not removed /cleared within 24 hours (next day 5.00 PM), A penalty @ Rs. 200/- per complaint shall effected from dues to Contractor. (e) Blockage cleared between two man holes irrespective of length in between shall be treated as one complaint.

Machine & labours for Cleaning of blocked sewage drain pipe 100/110mm dia till the flow of sewage/sludge water is smooth including taking out all sludge/mud from pipes by means of mechanically by pressure vehicle or roding & remove to a distance exc 1000m but n.exc 1500m and depositing eco friendly where directed by Engineer-in-charge
