PHASE - I (ARBORICULTURE WORK)

Supply and planting carpet grass and including excavation upto 30 cm, removal of excavated soil, filling with approved good agriculture soil and best quality cattle manure in 3:1 ratio complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and planting of shrubs and including clearance of area, digging of pits size 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.60 m, removal of excavated soil, filling with approved good agriculture soil and cattle manure in 3:1 ratio, supply and planting of approved species of healthy, grown up saplings with good root system and minium 2 feet height from ground level after plantation and regular maintainance i.e. watering, de-weeding, loosening of soil fortnightly, organic manuring and fertilizer. Trimming, pruning, staking and spraying of insecticide and fungicide as and when required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and planting of hedges / borders and including clearance of area digging of trenches of size 0.45 x 0.60 m, removal of excavated soil, filling with approved good agriculture soil and cattle manure in 4:1 ratio. Plant should be 1 feet height from the ground level and 200 mm c/c of each plant and regular maintenance i.e. watering, deweeding, loosening of soil, organic manuring and fertilizer, cutting, prunning shaping and spraying of insecticide, fungicide as when required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & planting of flowering ground creeper and including clearance of area and digging upto 0.30 m, removal of excavated soil, filling with approved good agriculture soil and cattle manure in 4:1 ratio and including applying antitermite treatment for plantation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and planting of ornamental cycas and including clearing the area digging of pits size 60 x 60 x 60 cm, removal of excavated soil, filling with approved good agriculture soil and cattle manure in ratio 3:1, provision of 6 year old ornamental cycas with good root system and planting the same and regular maintenance i.e. watering, deweeding, loosening of soil, organic manuring and fertilizer, cutting, prunning shaping and spraying of insecticide, fungicide as when required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and planting of seasonal flower beds and including digging upto 0.30 m depth, removal of excavated soil, filling with good agriculture soil and cattle manure in 4:1 ratio, preparation of beds, planting of dwarf double flower hybrid cannas and seeding / suckers / rhizomes of hybrid and varieties of seasonal flowers as per season and regular maintenance i.e. watering, deweeding, loosening of soil fortnightly, manure with cattle manure and fertilizer @ 200 gms/sqm. Trimming, prunning and staking, spraying of insecticide of fungicide as and when required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and planting Gulmohor hybrid plant and including preparation of ground upto 30 cm deep, removal of excavated soil, filling with approved good agriculture soil and cattle manure in 3:1 ratio and regular maintenance of watering etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and planting Ashoka plant and including preparation of ground upto 30 cm deep, removal of excavated soil, filling with good agriculture soil and cattle manure in 3:1 ratio and regular maintenance of watering etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and planting of hedging plants (Duranto), 200 mm c/c of each plant in two rows complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and planting hedge type acalypha of minimum height 15 cm above ground level, not less than 12 Nos. per RM and including preparation of ground upto 30 cm deep, removal of excavated soil, filling with approved good agriculture soil and cattle manure in 3:1 ratio and regular maintenance i.e. watering, deweeding, loosening of soil, organic manuring and fertilizer, cutting, prunning shaping and spraying of insecticide, fungicide as when required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and planting following flower plants and including preparation of ground upto 30 cm deep, removal of excavated soil, filling with approved good agriculture soil and cattle manure in 3:1 ratio and regular maintenance i.e. watering, deweeding, loosening of soil, organic manuring and fertilizer, cutting, prunning shaping and spraying of insecticide, fungicide as when required complete all as specified and directed:-

Flowering cactus (Euphorbia) big of size not less than 30 cm high

Ixora big of size not less than 30 cm height

Nerium Oleanders

Almanda

Mussaenda of colour Red /white

Note for item 1.01 to 1.18: (i) The cost of good agriculture soil, cattle manure (cow dung), fertilizer, etc are included in the quoted rate and nothing extra shall be paid in this regard. (ii) Supply only neem cake, insecticide, pesticide, fungicide, etc, to be used in the above items shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only for the following items required for Sl. Item Nos. 1.01 to 1.18 of approved make complete all as specified and directed:-

Neem cake in sacks(50 kgs bag).

Chlorpyrifos 1.5% dust.

Novacron

Copper oxichloride 50% wp

Approved vermi compost of the best quality.

PHASE - II (MAINTENANCE OF ARBORICULTURE WORK)

M&L for maintenance of arboriculture work of all the plants / trees covered under Phase - I above for a period 12 months and including gap filling, watering mowing of lawn, grass cutting, removing garden waste, applying insecticides and fertilizers, top dressing of lawn with approved good agriculture soil and manure complete all as specified and directed.
