Supply, installing , testing & commissioning of Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) panel 250 KVAR 6 step with APP all polypropylene) capacitor rated for 15% non linear load with HRC protection including 630 Amps, 35 KA, 4 Pole MCCB as incomer alongwith intelligent power factor control. Air core reactor for extra safety from inrush current (high current). Provision of top and bottom cable entry, automatic temparature, control through fans and louvers in panel. Double side earthing connection. Ref standard : IEC 61921/IS/16636 /IEC 61439 to continously sense and monitor the load conditions by the use of the external CT and ensure consistent power factor following the display information.

Supply and laying, jointing and testing cable, LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor in size 400 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes, ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make as per PS.

Supply and laying, jointing and testing cable, LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor in size 16 Sqmm 2 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes, ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make as per PS.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. Or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. N exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cables 8cm below the cable before laying and 15cm above the cable after layingc complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR PART -I complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness of 18cm shall be measured and paid under this item.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced, factory made, machine pressed,precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.
