Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) in all kind of soil including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, all as specified and as directed

M&L for Cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 using 40mm graded aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 using 12.50mm graded aggregate, in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, all as specified and as directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortor 1:4 including bond stone as specified and as directed.

Extra over stone walling granite or trap for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing to the maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n.exc 40mm of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses as specified and as directed.

M&L for Keyed pointing to random rubble or polygonal uncoursed or brought to course in cement mortar 1:4 as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing new surfaces of walls and applying cement wash with Portland cement slurry two coats to a smooth bodied opaque finish all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed 110 mm bore in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls.

S&F Hand packing broken stone aggregate (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level.

Excavating in trenches, exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 3 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and exc 1.5 m but n.exc 3m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil.
