Providing and fixing of Conference Table of overall size 25'x5'x2'6" made out of 19mm thick termite resistant BWP grade block board of superior quality and approved make like green, duco, century etc. as per given design and drawing. The table has to be made in four separate equal parts with separating arrangement so that it can be detached and taken out of room whenever required. The outer top of the table is made of three no. of boards glued together with atleast 200mm wide board all around and outer face is covered with 75x50mm thick Ist class teak wood moulding of approved design. The support of the table is made as box type as per given design and drawing leaving the sufficient leg space.

The top and outer visible area of the table is covered with 4mm thick veneer of approved shade and pattern with the help of Fevicol and nails in the given pattern so as to match the panelling. All the exposed edges of the boards will have to fixed with 6mm thick Ist class teak wood lipping. The vineered portion has to be finished with melamine polish and inner portion with approved quality wood primer and enamel paint. The top of the table is covered with 8mm thick float glass with tapered edges and diamond polish. The work would be completed as per given drawing, design and direction of Engineer-in-charge. and client department

The frame of the Sofa shall be made of teak wood members round turned front legs made out of size 3"x3" with grooves and hard carving design with curved shape on the upper portion to blend with U shape back (made from Hardwood) and the rear legs to be is made out of 21/2"x21/2" teak wood with grooves and curved shape with horizontal supporting members made out of size 4"x11/4". The overall size of the Sofa will have 100mm thick foam cushions (32 D) in seat (Fixed over flat Zig Zag spring) and 50mm thick foam cushion in back and 50mm thick foam on arm rests covered with tapestry cloth costing upto Rs. 500/- per meter. The Sofa will be melamine polished in Walnut shade complete in all respect as per design and sample approved by Engineer-in-charge and client department.

Supply of Corner Table 12mm thick clear glass top overall size 2"x2"x1'6". The glass with be set in wooden frame with oriental style moulding on the frame. The legs will be carved out of teak wood members of out of size 21/2"x21/2" with horizontal members made out of size 3"x1" complete in all respect as per design and sample approved by Engineer-in-charge and client department.

Supply of Executive Table with Side Credenza size 1800x900x750mm Side Credenza size 900x450x625mm as per following specifications. Main Table & Top surface - The main table of size 1800x900x750mm with the top surface made out of 25mm thick particle board with half round/duck nose shape post forming on front and the rear side and the rest of the sides edge banded with 1.5mm thick matching colour PVC edge banding and balancing laminate of matching colour on the reverse side. Side Credenza - The side Credenza of size 900x450x625mm as per approved drawing and sample top surface made out of 25mm thick particle board post formed and lalminated with balancing laminate on reverse side and 1.5mm thick matching colour edge banding on the other two sides.

Drawer Unit - The drawer unit of size 725x450x450mm (HxWxD) made out of 18mm thick pre laminated board having three number of drawer units, two top units of 6" depth each and the bottom drawer of 15" depth. The front shutters matching with top surface in quarter round post formed shutters and mounted on steel telescopic channels including necessary hardware, handles, locks etc. Accessories - One Nos. of Computer Keyboard tray fixed on wheel channels as per drawings.
