Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil(Loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5meter (5ft) and lead upto 30m (100ft) and including filling warening & rimming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of SI No. 251

Sand fillling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8km. (5mile) from the site of work and including watering dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. SI. No. 255

Concrete with 4 cm. gauge stone ballast fine sand of 1.25fm and cement in proportion of 1:4:8 in foundation and under floors with ass labour for completion of work SI No. 281

Supply & Laying of Dry 40mm,20mm,10mm all mix grit in drain bed

Random Course Rbble massonary in 1:4 Cement and fine sand mortar in foundation and plinth, including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Raised pointing with cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus mortar on brick work in proportion of 1:2 including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc.

Laying of P.C.C. 2cm. gauge approved ballast in proportion 1:2:4 (cement sand stone ballast) requird for proper completion of the work. SI No. 279B

R.C.C. works cement appoved coatsesand and 2cm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 in wall,s and slab,s of drain excluding supply of reingrcement and its binding , but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.I. binding wire an including necessary cantering and shuttening etc. SI. No. 284

Steel Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straigthening , cutting , bending ,placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. DSR No. 5.2.2.1
