Comprehensive maintenance and repairs including renewal/ replacement of defective parts of electrically operated Freight lift make of CITY LIFTS (I) LTD with a capacity of 2000 Kgs for 3 Stops / 3 landings 0.50 M/Sec speed with Thyristorised dual push button control system serving ground floor and two upper floors installed at Naval Store Depot Royapuram Chennai (NSD) all as specified and as directed. Serial No/SM No:- SI No MTP IP-21

Note for item Nos. 1 to 8 : (i) The spares/electrical items as listed in Sch 'A' Part II will be used whenever required only and measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) The rate is inclusive of all items as required at site except those items as given in Sch 'A' Part II to keep the lift operational round the clock including cleaning and greasing all moving parts on monthly basis complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) If spare parts of original make is not available in market necessary suitable spare equivalent to existing lift part as approved by Engineer-in-charge shall be used in the work so that to run the lift with smooth functioning (iv) Cost of renewal of lift license is deemed to be included in the quoted rate against Sl No 1 to 8. (v) Rate incl the testing of all the lifts by Authorised Lift Inspector. (vi) Rs 1000/hr will be recovered if the complaint is not attended within 2 hrs of intimation. (vii) The above lifts shall be repaired through OEM or authorised agency of OEM only

Rewinding of main motor 12.5 to 20 HP. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Rewinding of door motor (110V-24V)AC. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Rewinding of RCR coil. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only infrared door sensors 230V,50HZ,15A. Complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Weeko or equivalent

Supply only limit switches. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only gate lock assembly for manually operated door. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 4 Relay Board. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Shoe liner 10 mm thick. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Door slipper. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Main suspension Rope - 13 mm dia. Make: Usha Martin or equivalent as approved by AGE(I)

Supply only Over Speed Governor Rope - 8 mm dia. Make: Usha Martin or equivalent

Supply and fix Travelling Cable 12 Core 0.5 sq.mm 1100V grade. Make: Macrotherm or Macrotherm or equivalent as approved by AGE (I)

Supply only Mother Board - Down Collective. Make: Power tech or equivalent as approved by AGE(I).

Supply only 8 Relay Board. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only PF & RR Card 230V 50 HZ 15 A. Make: Power tech or equivalent

Supply only lift fan 12” 230V 900 RPM. Make: Khaitan/ Bajaj equivalent as approved by AGE(I)

Supply only emergency LED light with inverter unit (rechargeable battery) 12V, 7AH for 2hrs power back up Make: Power tech or equivalent

Supply only position indication card suitable to work in 24 V for landing and car. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply of auto door coupler. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only brake liner 5 mm thick. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Emergency alarm 230V AC/12V DC. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only reed switches 230V AC (or) 24VDC. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix lift car flooring in vinyl tiles 2mm thick fixed with as per manufacturers instruction and Complete all as specified and as directed by AGE (I)

Supply only guide shoes for car guide. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only guide shoes for counter weight. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only VVVF (variable voltage variable frequency) drive suitable for 5 HP motor. Complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Fuji or equivalent as approved by AGE (I)

Painting of lift car with Two coats of anticorrosive black paint over a coat of red oxide primer two coats including paster blue paint and inside and outside of sliding/IFG doors with synthetic enamel paint ( ICL dulux brand) duly approved by AGE (I) and Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Over load Warning device. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only operating panel (COP). Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only landing operating panel (LOP) . Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only stainless steel 304 grade lift door 900 mm centre open of electrically operated passenger lift make of EXCEL ELEVATORS with a capacity of 13 passenger 884 Kgs for 9 stops/9 landings 1.5 M/Sec speed. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only lift machine unit comprising of Motor 5 HP , reduction Gear box, electro magnet break unit 110V DC main sheave 530mm dia,fly wheel,bed plate,speed 1.0 m/s 1:1 roping at E1 block Mogapair. Complete all as specified and as directed.
