Cutting in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the engineer -in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 Voulme-1 (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful materials alongwith its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). All useful material such as stones, shall be properly stacked at site as per the direction of the Engineer - in- charge, to the maximum possible extent and to be handed over to the department. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects to the satisifaction of engineer -in- charage including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m( One point five meter) in width or 10 sqm( Ten square meter) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m,( One point five meter) including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. (Fifty meter) All kinds of soil, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (One isto four isto eight ) (One Cement isto four coarse sand) isto eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm(Forty milimeter) nominal size) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:- Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (Zero point fifty milimeter) (+ 0.05 %) (zero point zero five percent )total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre(Twelve meter) or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) (Five point five into fifty five milimeter) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (Zero point fifty milimeter) (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete Ridges plain (500 - 600mm) , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (Zero point fifty militer)(+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete Gutter (600 mm over all girth), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm (One point sixty six milimeter) to 2mm (Two milimeter) thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge(Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm (Ten milimeter) gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes :- 110 mm (One hundred ten milimeter) diameter, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm (Ten milimeter) gap for thermal expansion:- Bend 110 mm (One hundred ten milimeter) diameter, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 35 mm (Thirty five milimeter) thick factory made laminated veneer lumber door shutter conforming to IS : 14616 and TADS 15:2001 (Part B), fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, all complete as per directions of Engineer- in-charge and panelling with panels of : (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) 12 mm (Twelve milimeter) thick pre-laminated particle board (decorative lamination on both sides) grade -1, medium density flat pressed, three layer particle board FPT- I or graded wood particle board FPT- I, conforming to IS : 3087, bonded with BWP type synthetic resin adhesive as per IS : 848 and pre- laminated conforming to IS : 12823, Grade 1, Type - II marked including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing insulating board ceiling of approved quality with necessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately) White face insulating board: 12 mm (Twelve milimeter) thick, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 100mm (One Hundred milimeter) thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade of NTC, Modern, Nitco or Gico make made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm (Fifty milimeter) thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

62 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement isto two coarse sand isto four graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size and top layer 12mm ( Twelve milimetr) thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (One cement hardener mix isto two graded stone aggregate, 6mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg (Fifty kilogram) of cement or as per manufacture’s specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
