Cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement five sand ten aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly for foundation including cost and conveyance of all materials labour for mixing,l aying, compacting, curing, dewatering, side shuttering, wherever necessary including curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Random Rubble Masonry in cement mortar 1:5 [one cement and five sand] using new hard granite stones including providing new bond stones wherever necessary including simultaneous flush pointing of the exposed surface above ground level with the same mortar and all incidential charges such as scaffolding, finishing and curing as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with the standard specification.

Providing and laying position,Standardised concrete mi M-20 Grade in accordance with IS :456-2000,using 20mm and down graded hard brocken granite stone jelly for all Rcc items of works with minimum cement content of 3250 kg/cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55,inculding admiture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retart setting of concrete, improve workablity without imparing strengh and durability with about (5 cum)7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m)5156 kg of 10-12 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about(4.79 cu.m)7670 kg of Sand ,but exculding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges,centering and shuttering and also inculding laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrtors, finishing,curing,etc,complete complying with standred specification and ass directed by the departmentel officers.the coarse and fine aggregates to be used shoul comply with the requirments of IS standreds.(No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials.).

Supplying and erecting steel shuttering including necessary supports for plain surfaces for reinforced cement concrete works such as grade beam, columns footings, plinth beam, staircase steps, pedestals bed blocks coverslab etc, using mild steel B,G10 sheets of size 90cm X 60cm stiffened with mild steel angles of size 32mm X 32mm X 3mm for boarding Laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm center to center supported by casurina proprs 10cm to 13cm diameter spaced at 75cm center to center etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton.

For plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, beams, lintels, bed blocks, landing slab, waist slab, portico slabs and beams, etc.

For plane surfaces such as rectangular or square RCC columns, sunshades, top and bottom slab of RCC boxing, etc.

Centering for curved surfaces of all RCC items of work

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Dismantling and removing the existing cutstone masonry wall including numbering the cut stone members such as Pavukal, Uthiram, Pillar, Pothiyal etc.,and stacking the same at the place as directed by the officers in charge within the temple campus without hinderence for execution of work including all labour charges and hire charges for tools and plants involved to do the work etc complete, as per department instructions.

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no crushed stone sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.
