CIVIL WORKS

Earth work in excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kinds of soil where Pick-Jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm, layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within lead of 30 metres complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 With stone aggregate 40mm gauge mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:5 in foundation and plinth complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M-20 mechanically batch mixed using batch type concrete mixer as per IS:1791 and vibrated by needle vibrator but excluding steel reinforcement centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Shuttering for faces of concrete foundations and foundation beam & plinth beam (vertical or battering) complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Cold twisted detormed (Ribbed/ Tor steel) Bars (Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-2008) , for R.C.C works, where not including in the complete rate of RCC including bending and binding placing in position complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:5 in first storey upto 4 metres above plinth level complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Dismantling brick work tile, masonry or tile lining In cement complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Steel work fixed independently without connecting plates including cutting hoisting and fixing in position. Tees angles & channels complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.
