Easing of wooden doors/ windows/ ventilator shutters any thickness, any size by planning with plane jack, by tightening of hinge screws, by adjusting/ tightening tower bolts, sliding bolts etc and making it fully functional complete all as specified and directed.

Easing of steel windows/ventilator by adjusting projecting type hinges by hammering, oiling/ greasing to hinges, adjusting handles of peg stay, making the window shutter fully functional complete all as specified and directed.

Easing of Aluminium doors/ window/ ventilator shutter any thickness, any size and repair by PVC rubber beeding, including tightening of hinge screw, by adjusting/ tightening of tower bolts, sliding bolts etc and making it fully functional complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in mass concrete including demolition of cement concrete in sunken portion and floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size burnt clay sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, leveling course, etc, surface finished fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick granite (of any type) machine cut slab of approved shade (table rubbed and polished) with true & uniform joints as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms & like and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & including 15mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM 1:4 with cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified & as directed. Note : The exposed edges of granite stone slab shall be made full round & polished to mirror finish and rate quoted shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for joint free Non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 7mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (i.e 450mm x 300mm or as directed), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 4 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

M&L for preparation of sunken surfaces by cleaning of and removal of loose concrete and filling the cracks with Polymer modified mortar using Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent in Fosroc and other product as approved by GE and thereafter applying two coats of Dr Fixit Bathseal WPC in Sunken areas and laying a protective plaster in 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 admixed with Dr Fixit pidi proof LW+ @ 220 ml per bag of cement applying mix of cement water in the ratio 1:1:5 by volume using Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP chemical on floor and vetical surface of sunken floor as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified & directed. Note : Where contractor desire to use equivalent product of Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP and Dr Fixit Bathseal WPC, he shall submit the technical literature of equivalent products to establish the equivalency of products to the entire satisfaction of GE and both products shall be of same manufacturer as approved by the GE.

M&L for taking down / dismantling ceiling plaster, cutting surface in square or rectangular pattern & remove loose material all around the exposed reinforcement, binding/ welding mild steel XPM wire to exposed reinforcement, applying the concrete rich mix 1:1.5:3, using 6mm stone aggregate and making the surface level and curing for 6-7 days and ceiling plaster in cement mortar (1:3) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering including in patches 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Fixing/Laying only, jointing and testing old serviceable galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 15mm bore obtained serviceable vide serial item No. 71.00 here-in-before including cleaning the pipe from inside & outside properly including rust & mud removal, with & including new fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in new or old position complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to include new GI fittings (ISI marked). Old fittings shall not be used.

Dismantling carefully and taking up or down existing unserviceable/serviceable steel water tubing and connections of 20mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 20mm bore with & including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing/Laying only, jointing and testing old serviceable galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 20mm bore obtained serviceable vide serial item No. 74.00 here-in-before including cleaning the pipe from inside & outside properly including rust & mud removal, with & including new fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in new or old position complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to include new GI fittings (ISI marked). Old fittings shall not be used.

Disconnecting & taking down the existing unserviceable water tank and Supply and fixing 500 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed.

Disconnecting & taking down the existing unserviceable water tank and Supply and fixing 1000 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed.
