Item No 69 : Machine cut kota stone 15-18mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and piller including & laid on rendering 10mm thick CM1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing , complete all as specified and directed by GE

Item No 75 : S &F of single side single "W" metal crash barrier comprising of cold formed W profiled section having thickness 3mm (uncoated thickness) with frame width of 311 mm depth 83 mm and length 4318 mm(made of IS marked HR coils conforming to IS 5986/2011) spaced 2.00 m C/C of the post which will be 1.0 m above top of beam/ wall with 300x300x10 mm thick base plate fixed by 04 Nos anchor bolt 10 dia to beam/ wall . metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with spacer channel of cold formed channel section size 150x75x5 mm and 330 mm long (made of IS marked HR coils conforming to IS 5986/2011) , All the above components shall - conform to clause 810 of MORTH & specifications including all fittings required for erection on road side W-beams , posts , spacers shall be hot dip galvanized with zinc coating of 550 gm/Sqm. AREA DRAINAGE

Item No 80 : S&F precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, solid building blocks or slabs 7.50cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in mortar 1:4 as in walls, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 81 : S&F reinforced concrete pipes of 150 mm , class NP2 , laid and jointed complete with collars, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 82 : M&L Concrete bed to drain pipes of 150mm dia including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2, complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Item No 84 : Taking out and relaying of any dia GI pipe complete with all fittings, excavation, returning filling, removing and making good to the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 85: Supplying laying & fixing GI tubing medium grade with and inculuding all necessary fittings such as bends,elbows,tees,shorts pieces,disminishing pieces,caps & plugs in trenches/on floor all as directed ( Note : Earth work will be measured and paid separately)

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Item No 88 : S&F LED panel 36 watt of size 2x2 feet suitable for surface/recessed mounting aluminum housing with electtronic driver including electric connection of suitable size of cooper wire complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Crompton model No LCPL-36- CDL (2x2) or equivalentt in Havells, Bajaj, Philips.

Item No 89 : S&F MS pipe light grade 40 mm dia of length 2.0 to 2.4 metre suitable for fixing of post top light with MS base plate painted with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over two coats of red oxide primer including fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 90 : Supply and errecting steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtr long ) complete with Mild steel base plate and finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers and screws as per IS 2713 (Part II) 1980 made out of mild steel tubing including made to shape as swan neck for fixing street light fittings and marking pole No on pole complete all as specified and shown on drawing including the followings :- (a) Excavation in post holes in any types of soil, returning, filling in, well raming and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceedings 50 mtr from the starting point. (b) PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm grade crushed stone aggregate as in foundation (c) PCC (1 : 2 : 4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as coping. (d) Painting of poles with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint (one coat before fixing and one coat of aluminium paint after fixing) over exposed surface and two coats of bituninous paint over embedded portion. (e) The portion above coping shall be painted in alternative bands of black and yellow colour starting with black colour (each band of 30 cm wide) by two coats of super enamaled paint up to 1.5 Mtr height. Item No 91 : Supply and fixing KIOSK box weather proof made out of PVC make Sintex cat pat no GSJB-2014 or equivalent in FINOLEX/UNIVERSAL Switch gear/ Sintex and including made out of one piece mounted SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door size 200mmx200mmx95mm inside dimension comprising of aluminum bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amp and 06 Amp MCB for controlling the street light fitting including cable PVC sheathed copper standed conductor 1.5Sqmm two run from street light fitting to KIOSK box and FI clamps 30 x 4 mm with necessary MS nuts bolts and washer including embossing/painting of Danger notice of size not less than 10 cm x 7.5 cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of KIOSK box body complete all as directed.

Item No 92 : Supply and fixing of copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable of size 1.5 sqmm 2 core from junction box to street light fitting all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer.

Item No 93 : S&F repair LED Street Light Luminaries 60 watt fitting New Generation, (NEXUS+) aesthetically designed for road lighting, having secondary optics with uniform distribution of light. Item No 94: Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated LT cubical double door panel (KIOSK) with roof canopy , outdoor type, made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick duly powder coated with Seimens grey shade RAL 7032, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof outer cubical confirming to IP 65. Inner cubical should be made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet with working voltage of 415 V, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire fully compartmentalised with single door system for each compartment for each control gear, Outer cubical must be extendible in both ends having both sides door openable and should be provided with suitable louvers for ventilation. Bus bars provided shall be adequately supported on insulators to withstand dynamic stresses due to short circuit current and shall be suitably colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve for phase indication.B114

Item No 94 Contd... The stranded phase arrangement when facing the switchgear shall be R-Y-B from left to right. The bus bar connections and their insulated supports shall be mechanically strong, and shall withstand all the stresses which shall be imposed upon them in ordinary working due to fixing, vibration, fluctuation in temp, shot-circuit or other causes. The bus bars and connections with variation of temp internal wiring should be done with 2.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper indentification, crimed and shall be connected with suitable lugs and PVC sleeves etc. the bottom of the panel should contain detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. threaded earthing studs - 02 Nos shall be provided at the bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made.

Item No 100 : Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 101 : ditto but size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core

Item No 102 : ditto but size 70 sqmm 3.5 core

Item No 103 : ditto but size 50 sqmm 3.5 core

Item No 105 : Sand cushioing to under ground cable (15cm thick before laying and 8 cm thick after laying the cable) and under paver block ( thickness as directed), complete all as specified and directed. (Sand shall be fine sand as specified for plastering). Note : Conosolated thickness of sand cushioning after punning down shall be consider for payment.

Item No 106 : Sand filling under paver block ( thickness as directed ) including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 107 : Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm. laid dry flat with width equal to length of bricks as cover laid over the cable to give mechanical protection to under ground cable, all as specified and directed.

Item No 108 : M&L straight through joints (epoxy) cable joint kit including jointing materials for making joints of UG electric cable 1100 volt grade heavy duty with PVC/XLPE insulated aluminium conductor nominal cross sectional area 25 to 50 sqmm 3.5/4.0 core and testing complete all as specefied and as directed.

Item No 109 : M&L straight through joints (epoxy) cable joint kit including jointing materials for making joints of UG electric cable 1100 volt grade heavy duty with PVC/XLPE insulated aluminium conductor nominal cross sectional area 70 to 95sq mm. 3.5 core and testing complete all as specefied and as directed.

Item No 110 : M&L straight through joints (epoxy) cable joint kit including jointing materials for making joints of UG electric cable 1100 volt grade heavy duty with PVC/XLPE insulated aluminium conductor nominal cross sectional area 185 to 240 sq mm. 3.5 core and testing complete all as specefied and as directed.

Item No 111 : Supplying and laying of drainage composite for use behind walls, between two different fills, along side drains of road, below concrete lining of canals etc. Geocomposite for planar drainage, realized by thermo binding a draining core in extruded monofilaments with two filtering non oven geo textiles that may also be working as separation or protecting layers. The draining three dimensional core will have a “W” configuration as longitudinal parallel channels. Minimum thickness to be 7.20mm with two filtering UV stabilized Polypropylene non oven Geo textile of minimum thickness of 0.75mm characteristic opening size (O90) of 110 micron and tensile strength of 8 KN/M that will be working as separation or protecting layer, Geocomposite having in plane flow capacity of 2.10 Ltr/(m.s) at hydraulic gradient of 1.0 and 20 Kpa pressure and tensile strength of 18 KN/M, with mass per unit area of 740 gsm, supplied in the form of roll for easy transportation to site of work as per detailed specification complete all as directed by GE.

Item No 112 : S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia as weep holes in retaining wall,complete all as specified.

Item No 113 : M&L for MS work including necessary welding cutting etc as in staging of cable around the retaining wall conforming to Fe290 Gde E 165 as diredcted by Engineer-in-Charge

Item No 114 :-M&L for joint filling with Polysulphide sealant in expansion joint not less 15mmx25mm including backing rod of appropriate size complete all as specified and shown on drawings

Item No 115 :- S& F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made ) with hexagonal or square heads at one ends and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5 cm but nexc 10 cm long , complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- For the purpose of arriving at contract sum amount, of credit schedule,i.e Rs.4,91,784.50 shall be deducted from the total amount arrived.
