a) C/O Shed infront of 8 no's shops Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work in all heights and depth in all kinds of soil, by mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of pick,jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock ( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering where ever required, setting out to the required line, grades, side slopes trimming bottoms and level as shown on the drawing as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site according to HP.PWD specifications of 1990 Volume-1 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts and transportation of the unusefull materials on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load , animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and all lobour , machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and iincidentials necessary to complete the work by mechanized means and labour (if any required) all useful materials such as stones , shingles, aggregates, and slates shall be sorted out and stacked in the plot up to maximum extent, in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement:four sand: eight graded stone aggregate 40mm(forty milimete) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per HP.PWD specification 1990 (One thousand Nine hundred Ninety) Volume-I, including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts , including all iincidential charges.

Brick work using Second class common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level in all floors up to all heights and levels in cement mortar 1:6(One cement isto Six sand) as per HP.PWD specification 1990 (One thousand Nine hundred Ninety) Volume-1 (One), including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all iincidential charges.The rate including of octory, royalty, malkana,toll tax, sal tax or other taxes imposed by goverment.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all iincidential charges.The rate including of octory, royalty, malkana,toll tax, sal tax or other taxes imposed by goverment. a) In gratings framed guard bars,ladders,railling,brackets and similar works.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing MS BP sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red led primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charg (base member of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely.). as per H.P. PWD. Specification 1990 (One thousand Nine hundred Ninety) Volume-1 (One), including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all iincidential charges.

15 (Fifteen) millimetres thick cement plaster in single coat on the fair side of brick/concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering up to all heights including arises. Internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 (Eighty) millimetres in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(One cement: Six sand)as per H.P. PWD. Specification 1990 (One thousand Nine hundred Ninety) Volume-1 (One), including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavements ISI marked having thickness 80 mm (M 50 grade ) as per drawings and technical specification clause 1504, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) of Asian paints/Nerolac paints or its equarlied brand and manufacture of approved shade on undecorated concrete / stone / plastered wall surfaces with two coats to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning / brushing the surfaces free from all dirt , dust mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for making the surfaces upto all floor level complete as per HP.PWD. Specifications, approved drawings, designs and entire satisfaction and directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including of octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the govt.

Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt dust and other foreign matter with enamel paint white or other than white as per HP.PWD. Specifications, approved drawings, designs and entire satisfaction and directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Removal of existing rolling shuuter and refixing the samne at other location including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including of octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the govt.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

b) Provision of interlocking concrete paver blocks in yard:- Excavation in soil in Hilly area by mechanical means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with a lift upto all lead and lifts as per technical specification clause 1603.1 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber ( earthwork for cutting involved for subgrade to be paid for separately ) mdepending upon the classification of soil complete as per as per H.P. PWD. Providing mild steel / tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including binding wire, cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete upto all floors level including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
