Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of following thickness in RCC 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four aggregates), using following HBGS jelly excluding cost of reinforcement steel in position but including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing and fixing in position in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying hydraulic pressed monolithic natural grey colour cement concrete inter locking paver block of 63mm thick, in cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand, four aggregate) using difference design and with stand for pressure of 150 - 200 kg/m2 over the existing sand cushion by using earth rambers and also vibratting the concrete blocks often laying using plate vibrators etc, complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Repainting the walls with two coats of first quality Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved colour including ordinary scrapping, clean removal of dust. The rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges etc. complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of new mild steel grills for windows, gates, ventilators, etc. The rate is inclusive cost of all materials, labour for fixing, including Priming coat etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars,balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Dismantling the damaged brick / stone masonry work in cement mortar under 3m height and clearing away with carefully stacking the material useful for re-use for any thickness of wall under 3m heights etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling, removing and carefully stacking Reinforced cement concrete and roughening the surface etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling crushed stone sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Relaying the plain cement concrete 1:5:10 (one of cement, five of sand and ten of aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two Crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.- Mixing by manual means

Supplying and erecting centering for plane surfaces such as RCC Floor/Roof Beam, Lintels, Cantilever Beams, Bed Blocks etc.. with necessary supports and strutting upto 3.60m height in all floors with all cross bracings using MS Sheets made of 10 gauge thick welded with MS angle of Size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over Steel adjustable Span of Size 2m x 2m(expandable upto 3.60m) and Silver Oak Joists of Size 10 x 5 cm spaced at 50cm to 60cm c/c and supported by Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) made with outer steel pipe with dia 50mm (3.60mm thick) and inner steel pipe with dia 40mm (2.90mm thick) Spaced at not more than 50 to 60cm c/c , etc complete complying with standard specifications. Steel adjustable span and Steel Adjustable telescopic props shall be provided as directed by the departmental Officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

Relaying Brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 (one lime, two sand, five brick jelly using 40mm brick jelly for foundation etc. including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick compacting etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Laying Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one of cement and one and half sand and three of aggregate) using 20 mm gauge HBG stone jelly for all RCC works above ground level connected to the work excluding shuttering centring and cost of reinforcement grill but including finishing etc. complete and also including face charges wherever necessary as directed by the departmental officers.

For foundation and basement

For Ground floor Superstructure:-

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire)

For Ground Floor

Supplying and fixing Shade Net (Green Net) for under construction of high rise building etc.,as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, hacking the surfaces and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. The PVC pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.0 metre pipe length, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Rectification of beams, columns and slabs by dismantling and chipping the distressed portico clearing of reinforcement with wire brush and by sand blasting, clearing and water washing applying corrosion inhibitor coating at the Rate of 1.20kgm2 over the affected surface as per the specification given by the manufacturing guniting with CM 1:3 (one cement and three sand) to an average thickness of 40mm under pressure and finished neatly including hire charges for all tools & plants labour, fuel charges including all leads for portable water including curing 7 days and all other incidental charges etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 48.30mm dia heavy duty MS pipe over all height of 3.00m the distance between 2 legs being 1.25m and the spacing of the post being 2m in each rows and providing platform with C.W. planks using 40mm thick silver oak and 1.00m wide in complete form with horizontal bracings @ 1.50m c/c vertical direction and with cross bracings using same 48.30mm dia including cutting, threading assembly with red oxide primer, labour charges cost of specials such on large plate, shoe, carcher, coupling, bolt and nut transportation charges. The bottom of vertical post shall rest on 300x300x70mm 1:2:4 concrete base etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by departmental Officers

Clean surface thoroughly with water and remove any loose, flacks, fungus growth etc, by suitable mechanical means like scrapping or wire brushing and wash with adequate water to get an absolutely cleaned surface to take on further treatment. Gal-tech Multi Proof Modified Acrylic polymer with cement and fine sand mix ratio 1:2:4 to full the grooves and surface cracks over that apply Gal - Tech Multi proof modified acrylic polymer with filler mix ratio 1:2 two coat over night setting. This will seal all the pores and invisible cracks on the excising cementations layer thus making it an intact strengthened roof, Over that apply INSULTEC Sunlight reflective insulation cum waterproofing polymer membrane 2 coats with water mix ratio 5:1.

Renewing the old and damaged purlin, roof truss, etc with new one of M.S Square or Rectangular hollow section of following size superior quality including cutting the require length and welding rigidly with the aid of 10 gauge electrode, conveying the materials to the site erection same with bolts and nuts, two coats synthetice enamel paint over primer coat etc complete complying with standard specification.

Renewing the damaged GI sheet and fixing in position of prepainted GI sheets with the following specification. The materials should be PPGI tiles profile with the blue colour of 0.80mm thick (24 gauge) having width of 1050mm. The sheet should be GI base prepainted hot dipped GI sheet and to be fixed with self tapping screws plastic washer. The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyester coat with zinc coating of 2120 GSM paint thickness. The finish should be terracotta finish (optinal malt finish). The sheet to be fixed with making suitable Trafford/ corrugated, cutting the sheet to the required size and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing expansion joint 12.5mm width in RCC roof slabs between RCC twin beams using PVC water bar of 150mm wide centre bulb of 4mm to 6mm thickness of approved quality and brand and including filling the inner space with suitable non-absorbent flexible and well compressible filler materials of approved quality and covering the top surface with GI sheet 30cm wide and 1.6mm thick using phill plugs, GI screws, limpet cup washers, bitumen washers, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing expansion joint of 12.5mm wide in between RCC twin columns from top of pedastal to full height including filling the inner space with suitable non-absorbent, flexible and well compressible filler materials of approved quality and brand; finishing the sides of RCC columns with polysulphide sealents for a depth of 7.5mm on either side covering the inner space filled with filler materials as above etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Clean removals of Cement plaster from walls as directed by the departmental officers.

Re plastering with cement mortar 1:3(One of cement and five of sand) 20mm thick mixed bonding agent cebex 112, Zydex-xycrete2x or other Equivalent compound conforming to BIS in 200 ml of one cement bag (50Kg) per increased work ability and air entrainment in all floors including curing etc., complete.

Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed (Plastic Emulsion Paint) of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmentalofficers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Collecting the scattered debries from the campus and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 3km (Entirely within city limit) including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and levelling neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Servicing the SS Hydrant Valves by disconnecting from pipe line, dismantling, checking the operation of rotating spindle, replacing rubber 'O' ring of valve seating, repalcing rubber gasket of 80mm dia OD x 65mm dia ID, repalcing the 5/8" x 21/2 bolt, nut, washers, re-connecting with hydrant system as per standard methods and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Servicing the First Aid Hose Reel Drum assembly by disconnecting from hydrant line, replacing shut off nozzle, warm clip, lubricating the rotating assembly, replacing 20mm dia, 30 metres long rubber hose, re- connecting with hydrant system as per standard methods and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of following MS ‘C’ Class Heavy Duty Pipe as per IS 1239 to withstand a developing pressure of 10 kg. / sq.cm including necessary fittings like MS flange of table ‘E’, elbows, reducers, gaskets, bolt, nuts with washers & joints as per standard method of arc welding, including one coat metal primer and two coat Post Office Red painting including conveyance, all incidental charges, neccessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found eccessary, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.
