| 4.01NOTES for item No. 1 to 4 above :- (i) Transformer shall be of proven design, short circuit test report by CPRI or in any other NABL accredited test laboratory shall be furnished to GE. Short circuit test report furnished for exactly similar transformer (matching all major electrical parameters including loss figure) shall not be older than 05 years. Each transformer must be BIS marked. Manufacturer must have type test reports for each & every rating. (ii) Transformer manufacturer should have in-house core cutting facilities for proper control & monitoring of quality & to avoid mixing of Prime core with second grade/ defective core materials. Transformer Manufacturer should have in house slitting machine so as, core is cut to width & stacked with minimum air gap thus ensuing Burr level less than 10 microns. Core shall be procured form one of these manufacturers- Posco/ Nippon/ Novex/ AKSteels (iii) Contractor should ensure all type test certification & verify, before placing order from a particular OEM. (e) Integrted arc flash protection with current and light sensing. Make of Relay-ABB- REL series, Schneider- Easergy series, Siemens-Siprotech series The relay shall be communicable on IEC 61850 GOOSE platform over RJ-45/USB/FO port and fully integrated with the feeder, internally capturing feeder statuses including various status, Line-Current, Line-Voltage, Breaker On/Off/Spring.Chrgd, Trip Circuit Failure (from TCS relay), AC Supply Fail, PT Fuse failure relay, Local-Remote etc. and display locally on a built-in back-lit LCD screen with mimic as a Single-Line-Diagram with power & frequency measurements and suitably labelled status LEDs. Relay setting should be possible through inbuilt software or through addtional software supplied by the relay manufacturer.
(v) Metering Equipment including:- (a) 01 x Digital Voltmeter (Acc.Cl.0.5), 01 x Digital Ammeter (Acc.Cl.0.5), (b) 01 x Multi-Function-Meter (Acc.Cl.0.5) provided with LCD display for measuring current, voltage, power, power-factor and energy-parameters, Total Harmonic Distortion and Max. Demand Indication, same shall be communicable on ModBus via RS485 port. (vi) LED Indications :- (a) Breaker ON/OFF/TRIP/Spring-Charged (b) R-Y-B (c) DC Available LED with push-button (d) AC Supply Fail (e) Trip Circuit Healthy (vii) 08-Window Annunciator with Hooter to indicate following alarms :- (a) OC Trip (b) EF Trip (c) Trip Circuit Failure (d) Inter-Tripping Fault (e) Synchro-Check (f) PT Fuse Failure The Annunciator will be complete with required Acknowledge/Test buttons as required.

Notes for Item 6,7,8 above:- (i) Cost of construction of foundation as per manufacturer design, including foundation frame (supplied by OEM), channels etc. for HT Panel as required at site are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Each VCB panel being floor-mounted, air-insulated, fully-compartmentalizeds The OEM shall supervise and certify the commissioning/charging of equipment. (iii) Foundation frames shall be inclusive in the scope of supply of OEM. (iv) All Multi-function-meters shall be connected in a ModBus loop terminating into 01 No. ModBus-to-TCP/IP converter to be provided for sending data to SCADA console via networking switch. (v) All Incomers and BusCouplers will have suitable schemes in place to prevent mixing of un-syncronized supplies using Line/BusPT signals. Any such attempt will be reported by a suitable alarm. This facility should be implemented over soft-logic, and can be disabled by authorized personnel without requiring any on-site re-wiring. (vi) All Outgoing VCBs will have inter-tripping logic in place to ensure that Incomer breaker immediately trips in case of failure of opening of outgoing VCB experiencing feeder fault. Special and dedicated Alarm shall be in place to issued the user. This facility should be implemented over soft-logic, and can be disabled by authorized personnel without requiring any on-site re-wiring. (vii) The VCB shall be inspected at the manufacturer’s premises prior to dispatch. All expenses related to the inspection, including boarding, lodging, and travel, shall be borne by the tenderer.
