Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Ductile iron sluice valve of PN 16 pressure Rating, double flanged, non-rising spindle soft seated glandless gate/sluice valves as per IS14846 for regulating the water supply outside the pumping units. The body and bonnet of the valve shall be of ductile iron, wedge with fully vulcanized EPDM rubber and NBR seal. The Gate/Sluice valve shall be compatible for buried applications and shall be safe to install in both horizontal and vertical positions. Besides the job includes providing and fitting of 12 mm thick MS flanges, nuts bolts and gaskets etc. as per site requirement. The cost also includes all carriage, engagement of skilled labours, tools and tackles as required for carrying the complete job at site. Test Certificates of manufacturer/OEM to provide by the executing agency are to be submitted at the time of supply of material.
Providing and fitting of Ductile Iron, double flanged, Slanted seat, swing check valve (NRV) with Nominal Pressure PN16 as per IS 5312. The body shall be of ductile cast iron with fully encapsulated vulcanized EPDM Rubber. The Job includes necessary modification to the existing pipelines of the pumping unit involving use of Oxyacetylene gas torch and welding work with all other incidental works thereof included necessary for fitment of the non-return valve. Besides the job includes providing and fitting of 12 mm thick MS flanges, nuts bolts and gaskets etc. as per site requirement. Test Certificates of manufacturer/OEM to provide by the executing agency are to be submitted at the time of supply of material.
Providing and fitting of 100mm dia. C-class G.I Pipe as per IS 1239 as rising Main the pump delivery lines with OHT through using flanged joints excluding cost of flanged joints and fittings.
