M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and prepartion of surfaces including filling the cracks if any on surfaces of Wall and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old decorated surface including filling of holes and cracks with lime putty or plaster of paris and applying one coat of white wash on walls all as specified and as directed Note : it includes cost of removal of vegetation, plants etc if any on the wall surfaces.

All as per item No 2 above but on ceilings complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over a coat of wall care putty all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces on walls including , filling of holes undulated surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on walls all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation of old painted surface of steel & iron work of any description not specifically mentioned otherwise over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.
