Providing Additional reqiurements of Kitchen shed & Resting Shed for Hand washing area @ Multipurpose Hall in Marungulam panchayat.

Earth work Excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift in all classes of soil except hard rock requiring blasting including all labour charges etc.,complete for foundation

Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with filling M.Sand in layers not more than 15cm . Thick well ramed, watered and compacted Complete complying with stanard specification.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete (Below Basement)

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ).

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Fabrication of Supply of Steel grill gate using structural steel in all aspects as directed including cost and conveyance of all etc., complete

Supplying and fixing colour galvalume sheet roof of 0.47mm thick and steel tubular box section of 100x50x3mm of 1meter interval including priming coat fixing in position with all necessary accessories complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of Weld Mesh 7.5 x 5cm 10 Gauge including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete. (M-0192)

Supply and fixing of 2 Hp motor

Supply and delivery of wet type submersible pump set confirm IS 8034 with ISI marking 20 LPM x 125 mt head 2.00hp submersible pump set (excise duty at 6.18% vat 5%) including motor rate.

Supply and delivery of 2.00 hp panel board and all its accessories ISI marking mt head 2.00 hp submersible pump set 5% Excise duty.

Supply and delivery of 1.1 kv grade 2.50 core pvc insulated 3sqm copper flat submersible cable and all its accessories ISI marking mt head including all charges etc completed.

Supply and delivery of the following meterials.

50 mm HDPE black hoose PN 10

32mm GI Elbow

32mm GI union

32mm GM gate volue

32mm GI coupling

Labour charges for erection of 2.00 hp submersible pump set in borte well including fixing and jointing the submersibe cable with clamps to the required depth and all charges. Old bore to erection of new bore.
