Providing new Bus Shelter at Maruthamalai main road ( near perumaalkovil ) in Ward No.41, West Zone

1. Earth work excavation in all soils and sub-soils and the full depth as may be directed by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift and cleaning and levelling the site etc., complete complying with standard specification

2.Conveying disamantled materials and excavated earth from the site to 15 km distance from the city limit including loading, unloading and transportation etc. complete.

3. Plain cement Concrete in1:4:8 mix (one cement, four sand, eight metal) using 40mm size Hard Broken stone as per the direction of departmental officers etc., complete

4.Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using Fly Ash bricks of 230x110x70mm (8 3/4" x 41/4" x 23/4") including cost of materials and labour charges etc., as per standard specification

5.Filling with Well Gravel including watering and consolidation as per the direction of departmental officer etc complete

6.Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One part of Cement and Five part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

7.Supplying, fabricating, erecting structural steel work for roofing welded or bolted type using MS channels, angles, plates and round bars etc. conforming to IS specification including primer coating and enamal painting as per Design given by the departmental officers etc, complete as per standard specification

8. Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete. The rate is inclusive of the charges for cutting, bending, welding, grinding, polishing, conveyance, electrical charges, etc. complete

9.Providing and Fixing of 30 mm thick polyurethane foam as External Wall Thermal insulation panels or Sandwich insulated panels with external 0.50mm total coated thickness pre painted galvalume sheet with micro ribbed profile, whereas internal 0.50mm total coated thickness pre painted galvanized iron sheet with micro ribbed profile and the insulation material will be chlorofluoro carbon and hydro chlorofluoro carbon free, high performance rigid polyurethane foam (PUF) conforming to IS 12436 having density not less than 40±2Kg/M3, Thermal conductivity (K-Value) 0.024 W/m.K measured at 10 degree C mean temperature along with necessary flashings such as L flashing, C flashing etc& accessories such as screws, fastners, sealants etc for fixing the panel etc., complete complying with standard specification.

10.Paving the floor with Double charged Vitrified tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer.
