REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF WATER DISTRIBUTION LINE AND RISING MAIN AT OTA GAYA

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for laying pipe lines and getting out as in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up CI/ DI pipe 300 mm bore removing from site ( including all fittings) with spigot & socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed

Taking up CI/ DI pipe 350 mm bore removing from site ( including all fittings) with spigot & socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of ductile iron pressure pipe with socket & spigot ends having ISI stamping marking confirming to IS:8329/2000 in standard length of 5.50 - 6.00 meter of classification K-7 suitable for and including push on rubber tyton (gasket D-jointing) with cement mortar lining in the pipes having 300 mm bore, including aligning the pipes inside trench as per IS:12288/1987 and testing the joints with required water pressure complete all as specified & directed. Note: (i) Excavation earth works shall be measured and paid for separately. (iii) CI/DI specials shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed ductile iron pressure pipe with socket & spigot ends having ISI stamping marking confirming to IS:8329/2000 in standard length of 5.50 - 6.00 meter of classification K-9 suitable for and including push on rubber tyton (gasket D-jointing) with cement mortar lining in the pipes having 350 mm bore, including aligning the pipes inside trench as per IS:12288/1987 and testing the joints with required water pressure complete all as specified & directed. Note: (i) Excavation earth works shall be measured and paid for separately. (iii) CI/DI specials shall be measured and paid for separately.

S & F DI pipe fittings such as bends, tapers, tee pieces single branch, "Y" junction, collars, caps and plugs etc spigot socketed or flanged ends type of size upto 350 mm nominal bore including push on rubber tyton joint conforming to IS-9520/2000 (all the fittings shall be coated for rust prevention i.e. external coating zinc rich paint with finishing layer of bituminous as per Annexure - A of IS:9523/2000 and internal lining shall be of cement mortar with seal coat as per Annexure 'B' of IS-9523/2000) complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting to existing CI/DI pipe line of size upto 350 mm dia required for repair/ replacement of pipe line and insertation of collars/ tail pieces, tee etc including dewatering of pit if any complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Excavation and earth work if any shall be measured and paid seperately

S&F in replacement of cast iron non rising sluice valve, SS spindle 150 mm bore flanged ends PN 1.6, ISI marked as per IS 14846/ 2000 and CI operating wheel including gasket, nut , bolts washer complete including taking down exisiting all as specified and directed.
