Painting two coats with enamel paint of approved quality & colour including one coat of red oxide primer to the steel work after through scrapping the old paint including cost of all materials, brushes, lead, lift, etc., Complete.

Replacing the Hand rails by new one by using 40 mm dia G.I.pipes heavy duty conforming to IS specifications in Cooling tower Unit II including cost of GI pipe, cutting charges, welding charges, hire charges for welding machine, grouting with RCC using special quick setting cement wherever necessary and joining GI pipes including all labour charges, lead & lift etc., complete.

Providing Micro concrete pedestal of 150mm dia and 300mm height using rendroc RG mixed with 6 mm chips by 30% volume as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all materials, other constructions chemicals like nito bond EP, shuttering charges, all labour charges, Lead, Lift etc., complete.
