Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description incl under layer, taking down of cement plaster any thickness and removal of debris off the premises including grubbing up of trees and preparation of concrete surfaces by scrubbing down with steel brushes and cleaning with water to remove all loose dirt/dust.

M&L Rendering 15mm thck in CM 1:4 on Concrete surfaces of roof finished fair & evenr and including mixing of water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for water proofing treatment in the following sequences:- (a) Applying 1st course of bituminous primer conforming to IS -3384 @ 0.4 Kg/Sqm cover the surface till the surface properly impregnated and insolvent oil primer evoporate completely. (b) Applying 2nd coat of blown 85/25 graded bitumen confirming to IS 702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm. (c) Applying 3rd course of APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm with 160 Grams/Sqm non woven polyester made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly sufrace of APP Membrane and applying two coats of water based bituminious alumunium paint @ 200 ml per sqm of complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified.

Supply only Water proofing compound liquid.

S&F Factory made solid PVC Moulded door shutter.28 to 30 mm thick (Stiles) with particle board core with 2, 4 ,or 6 raised panel design with 2 mm thick moulded Prelam PVC sheet on the front face & 2 mm Prelam PVC sheet on back face, to be fitted in the mild steel frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the framme at site as per specification and drawing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Precast factory made interlocking desigener tiles glazed top made in white cement and pigment base of thickness not less than 19 mm in different colour and pattern (compressive strength not less than 250 Kg/SqCm) set and jointed in neat cement slurry(colour and pattern as per sample kept in GE office as approved by GE) including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 a complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand

M&L 16 to 18 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over 15 mm thick CM 1:4 as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, laid in slope of 1:20 and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including making joint at 3m interval and at each corner the joint shall be filled with bitumen mastic filling to full depth (comprising one part hot blown bitumen 85/25 and two part of sand), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) nominal mix, 75 mm thick, as in sub base of floors, finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base/ levelling course of floors, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area, complete all as specified. Note :- Work will be carried out upto 4th storey of bldgs also as per direction of Engr-in-charge including necessary formwok and scaffolding required as per site conditions & no extra payment shall be made on this account.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface walls, in cement mortar 1:4 , rendering is to be finished even and fair without using extra cement (up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair face of brick work/ stone wall surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified.
