Supplying and filling in plinth with Quarry dust under floors including, watering , rammimg consolidating and dressing including quarry dust, cost of transportation charges of all material to work site, all labour charges, GST, LWC, minnor tools etc, complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement, three mainland river sand and six stone metal of 40mm size of local quarry) for below footing, plinth beam, etc as directed by the EIC, including cost of nominal centering & shuttering charges, cost of cement, mainland river sand, stone metal, screening & washing of both the aggregate, mixing, placing, curing, GST,LWC,etc,complete.

Providing form work including centering & shuttering so as to give a rough finish, strutting and propping etc, and removal of the same from reinforced cement concrete and plain concrete work as directed by the EIC, including cost of centering and shuttering, all LWC, GST, cost of binding materials, cost of transportation charges of all material to work site, cost of ballies, cost of minor tools, etc, complete.

Providing and laying RCC 1:1.5:3 with 20mm size stone chips (one cement, one and half mainland river sand & three stone chips of size 2 cm graded) in all RCC works as directed by the EIC, including cost of cement, stone chips and mainland river sand, screening and washing of both the aggregates, mixing concrete, conveying the concrete, placing in position, consolidation with vibrator, curing, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, cost of minor tools, hire charges of mixer machine and vibrator, GST, LWC etc,complete.

Providing and fixing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including cutting, bending, bindingand placing in position cost of binding wire, minor tools etc, complete. The rate is inclusive of consumable items and GST & LWC., etc. complete..

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III): 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) as directed by the EIC including cost of all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, cost of minor tools ,GST, LWC etc,complete.

Providing and fixig 20 cm thick masonry with hollow block size 0.40x0.20x0.20cm cast with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 Pulverised sand and 6 11.12mm local quarry stone chips) curing with 1:4 in walls, including cost of pulverised sand, all labour charges for casting, curing, walling, hire charges of hollow block casting machine, cost of timber pallets, including cost of cement transportation charges of all materials to worksite, all labour charges minor tools, LWC, GST, etc complete.

Providing and laying 12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement, 4 mainland river sand) including cost of cement, river sand, all labour charges, cost of minor tools, transportation charges, scaffolding charges, GST, LWC etc, complete.
