Demolition of old brick work and RCC and scrapping of old plaster from walls

3 coats of Royal Emulsion paint of Asian, Silk of Berger or Impression of Narolac after 3 coats of wall putty 2 dry & 1 liquid of Birla White or J K White brand, as approval of Estate Officer on walls and ceiling inside and 2 coats of apex weather coat of asian paints on exterior

Add for Electrification including wiring of rooms ,modular switches(legrand), M.C.B's (main/AC)and light fixtures using either of Havel's or Phillips after approval of Estate Officer @ 25 %

Add for rain water pipe, drainage system, sanitation .sanitary ware of Eccso make and fittings of Jaquar) with water tank of 2000 ltrs/

Shifting of 04 Water Tanks from Toilet to New Proctorial Board Room Near Gate No. 01 including pipe fittings, overflow of water pipe

Normal Flooring RCC in between Toilet and New Proctorial Board Room
