AIR CONDITIONER WINDOW TYPE/SPLIT TYPE M&L for Servicing of installed Window type Air conditioner of any make 1.5/2.00 TR ton capacity including taking down , dismantling grill , taking out air conditioner, removing all electrical components, cleaning the AC coils & fin using bubble method by applying chemical solution, cleaning with brush, washing with pressure water, oiling/greecing moving parts and reassembling complete all as specified and directed. Carrying out gas leakage check and rectifrying /arresting the same by brazing and recharging refrigerant gas, comissioning and testing to entire satisfaction & 1.5/2.0 TR capaity Window/Split AC, complete all as specified and directed.

Recharging of Refrigerant Gas F-22 complete including testing of leakage and testing the AC unit of any capacity and type for satisfactory performance complete all as directed

Supply and replacement of defective front grill decorative suitable for window type AC's 1.5/2.00 ton capacity as per the original/existing model of air conditioner, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of operating knobs of window type AC's of any make of make and model as per the existing model/size complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and replacement of air filter as per original sample complete all as specified for AC's 1.5/2.0 Ton of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable Air Conditioner cap. 1.5/2.0 ton from any posn. and removing unserviceable burnt sealed unit ( compressor ) from AC and S & Fix new compressor unit and testing on required pressure and installing at its original posn complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of filling with refrigerant gas is included in unit rate of this item.

Disconnecting & Taking down unserviceable Automatic Voltage Stabilizer 4/5 KVA rating (provided for AC only. Checking & Reair of Operating Relays, Timer Relay, Relay Coil & its conections, PCB Circuit Board, Rectifier circuit, Copmarators, Switching Circuit, Transformer, high/low voltage output fault, Installing at its original position after repair and testing all as specified and directed. Note :- Major Items for repair will be measured under relavant items.

Dismantling and taking out old, unserviceable fan motor from the desert cooler and rewinding with supper enamel winding copper wire of suitable size varnishing etc including replacement of bushes, bearings, washers etc. and assembling testing and refixing in existing position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement complete steel body of desert cooler of capacity 4000 cfm with front grill, side & back panels duly spray painted with synthetic enamel hammer tone paint over one coat of red oxide primer including dismantling and refixing the old parts i.e fan motor, pump etc in new body, replacing the defective wires, PVC pipes and water distributor, making connections and testing complete all as directed. Supply and fixing in replacement of Desert Cooler UNSV/leakage body made out from heavy duty MS Sheet bend to shape company manufacturer, complete with internal PVC accessories i.e. PVC elbow-03 Nos,PVC distributor 4 way-01 No, PVC distrbution pipe-2 mtr appx, Black painted internally, Aluminium painted externally complete with Provn of necessary arrangement for fixing front cover and fan motor all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement for replacement of capacitor 4 mfd suitable for desert cooler complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of plug top 3 pin 5 Amp 230 volt 50 Hz all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of desert cooler fan motor 90 watt,1400 RPM,230 volt 50 Hz single phase conforming to ISI complete with fan blade and capacitor of sutitable size all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge.

Note: Rate quoted for above items are inclusive of attending day to day complaints of all types of summer and cooling appliances throughout the contract period all as directed by MES rep. (i) Contractor/his representative shall attend MES service centre daily rutine complains at 0900 hrs to note down the complaints from concerned JE and shall submit compliance report at 1700hrs for the complaints given in the morning.(ii) Labour rates deemed to be included in the quoted rate in r/o relevant sch of items.(iii) All type of T&P as requried at site for the work shall be arranged by the contractor under his own arrangements, cost deemed to be included in quoted rates.(iv) A recovery @ of 650 - per day per complaint can be recovered from the contractor if complaint given to the contractor remains unattended/not rectified at the end of the day if deemed necessary by the Engr-in-charge.(v) Contractor shall employee minium of one Refrigerator Mechanic and one helper or relevant technician (for complaints) having adequated experience in the said field. (vi) Complaint register, complaint slip & stationary required has to be provided by contractor.
