Providing and fixing of 2mm thickx200mm aluminium strip to cover the expansion joint in the building.The cost should be inclusive of cutting of aluminium strips as per site condition including bending,drilling of holes in strips as well as walls /columns with one side hole of oval shape to accomodate movement of expansion joint and fixing with screws/anchors. The cost is inclusive of all scafolding as required at site.

Providing and fixing angle iron frame 50mmx50mmx5mmto be fixed with floor by rebaning system and then welding up,keeping the gap of 40 to 50 mm. Flooring area to be provided with polysulphide(Gun grade/pourable) treatment .The thickness of polysulphide shall be half of the width of expansion joint gap.
