( Cooling only ) - Eco Friendly Refrigerant (R-410a) ambient working temperature upto 52 degree.

Supply and Installation of Refrigerant Copper piping insulated with Nitrile Rubber Tubular insulation and covered (with PVC pipe covering only for external copper piping ) for complete Inverter Ducted System as per OEM Recommendation for following sizes. (Make: Mandev, Rajco & Maxflow)

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of the control wiring 1.5 mm² ,6 core from outdoor with all necessary accessories to make it functional as per OEM Recommendation.

Providing and fixing in position the following size of PVC (UPVC quality) pipes, cut in required lengths and joined with PVC cement and also providing and fixing in position the necessary "U" trap elbows, tees, and reducer and all types of fittings and including pipe insulation by 9mm thick nitrile rubber thermal insulation of class 0 category , complete all as directed. Note:- Cost to include all necessary as required. Necessary Wall cutting and making the wall good and its cost should be included.

Supply, Laying, jointing and testing of electric cable XLPE insulated, 1100 volt grade heavy duty armoured with stranded Copper conductor laid in trenches/duct/pipe including all electrical connection with required lugs and nuts, bolts complete all as specified and directed for the following:-

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm as earth lead by means of steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 5 of MES Schedule Part-I connected to earthing point and testing on completion with and including 15 mm bore light grade G.I. protection pipe (upto 7.5 metre beyond outer edge of earth pit) PCC pit in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 40 mm thick cover reinforced with 6 mm dia M.S bars 3 nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 6 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20 mm bore light grade G.I. watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work complete.
