Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Roof tiles incl ridge, Mangalore pattern,interlocking at side joints, laid dry complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling second class hardwood battens squar/rectangular in section spacing exc. 15 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down wooden roof trusses, coupled rafters exc 8 mtr but n exc 12 mtr span complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including of demolition of existing PCC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 etc including demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/ stone walling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on brick masonry internal surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
