Replacement of damaged 11 KV grade pin insulator with pin (all material supplied by the contractor)

Fixing & providing of 11KV grade disc insulator with electro mechanical strength 4600 kg with leakage distance 280 mm and pin insulator with pin

Erection of 11/13 mtrs long steel tubular poles length in vertical position by digging of earth soil of pit size 0.9 x 0.9 x 1.83 mtr and supply of surplus soil at a distance of 50 mtr as per EIC

Supply of stay set 5/8 x 6’ long compete like stay pad Unbuckle Anchor rod Thimble stay place 7/10 SWG stay wire stay insulator nut bolt stay clamp etc. complete with all accessories

Concreting of pole and stay with cement concrete of ratio 1:4:8 (1 cement, 4 stone chips. 8 sand) including supply of cement

Fixing & fabrication of single pole/double brackets on steel pole with 5/8 M S nut bolt and washers(supplied by the contractor)

Laying, stringing and sagging of wolf/dog/AAA/ACSR conductor including joint wherever required pin/binding with binding wire jumping by approved PG clamp/aluminum wire

Dismantling of conductor of various type/size and staking at the desired location as instructed by EIC.

Dismantling of 11/13/16 mtr steel tubular pole and staking to the desired location as instructed by EIC
