Removing old broken GI long rail 32mm bore from charpoy and S & F new long rail in position made out of GI pipe 32mm bore medium grade with BSP screw thread of size as per drg complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (a) Above quoted rate shell be inclusive of tightening of loose GI elbow, if required at site. No extra shall be admissible on this account. (b) Make of GI Pipe shall be Tata, Jindal ,Swastik, Prakash, Zenith, BST and Surya. Drg No :- FD-220

Removing old broken GI Pipe short rail and fixing short rail of old GI pipe 32 mm bore medium grade made from the broken long rail as retrieved from Srl item No 1.00 here in before including BSP screw thread of size as per drawing complete all as specified and directed. Drg No :- FD-220

Removing old broken GI Pipe legs & fixing leg of old GI Pipe 32 mm bore medium grade made from the broken short rail retrieved vide Srl item No 3.00 here in before by cutting and threading required including clamp made from 25 X 3 mm thick flat iron for MNF set and 2mm thick MS plate of 40 mm dia welded to the bottom of legs complete all as specified and directed. Removing broken / unserviceable GI check nut from charpoy GI Pipe and providing new GI check nut of 32mm dia for charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Drg No :- FD-220

Taking out old unserviceable GI elbow from GI pipe charpoys and supply and fixing new GI elbow 32mm bore 3 ways complete ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed. Drg No :- FD-220

Removing of old unseviceable MDF board from charpoy GI pipe and supply and fix 12 mm thick plywood BWR grade including cuting of plywood as per size of charpoy and making 03 Nos holes of required size on both long rail and 02 Nos holes of required size on both short rail with drill machine and fixing of ply wood with nuts & bolts with 2 Nos washers and S & F stiffner 02 Nos of flat iron 25 x 6 mm x 900 mm or suitable length with 2 Nos holes duly welded by electric drill machine of equal distance of both long rail and M and L for painting of stiffner with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed. Removing of old unserviceable/ broken popypropylene co-polymer seat cum back from maderna chair steel without arms & supply and fixing of new popypropylene co-polymer seat cum back made to shape, weight not less than 1.20 kgs fixed with nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified, shown on drg and directed. M & L for painting the maderna chair steel without arms frame with one coat synthetic enamel paint (black) complete all as specified, shown on drg and directed. Drg No :- TP

Chair Computer ( M USE-417) :-

Removing old unserviceable/ broken back from Chair computer & supply and fixing new back made of 12mm thick hot pressured ply wood upholstered with fabric not less then 250 Rs per meter and moulded polyurethane foam. The back form shall be designed with contour lumber support for extra comfort with PVC liping all around complete all as specified, shown on drg and directed. Drg No :- FD/E6/MAP/01

Removing old unserviceable/ broken base from Chair computer & supply and fixing new base made of 12mm thick hot pressured ply wood upholstered with fabric not less then 250 Rs per meter and moulded polyurethane foam.
