AFFIDAVIT :- The tenderers shall submit a copy of certificate stating that all their statements/ documents submitted along with bid are true and factual. Standard format of certificate to be submitted by the bidder is enclosed as Annexure-V (attached). Non submission of above certificate by the bidder shall result summarily rejection of his/ their BID. It shall be mandatory incumbent upon the tenderer to identify, state and submit the supporting documents duly self attested / digitally signed by which the / he is qualifying the qualifying criteria mentioned in the tender document. (Ref: GCC April 2022 (updated upto ACS - 11, dtd. 13.03.2026 or latest).
The authority for the acceptance of the tender will rest with the Railway. It shall not be obligatory on the said authority to accept the lowest tender or any other tender and no tenderer(s) shall demand any explanation for the cause of rejection of his/their tender nor the Railway undertake to assign reasons for declining to consider or reject any particular tender or tenders.
If the tenderer(s) deliberately gives/give wrong information in his/their tender or creates/create circumstances for the acceptance of his /their tender, the Railway reserves the right to reject such tender at any stage.
Bidder must be filled properly the format (i.e. Annexure - D) for declaration of association with Railway officers and then upload through E-Tendering duly digitally signed of authorized bidder. Otherwise offer of the firm shall be considered as invalid.
The entire Form Of Tender (FOT, here under Chapter-I, page no. 3 - 10 of this BID) must be uploaded through e - Tendering duly filled and digitally signed. Otherwise offer of the firm shall be considered as invalid.
Valid Electrical Contractor license in the name of the firm issued by State / Central Government must be uploaded through e- Tendering duly digitally signed. Otherwise offer of the firm shall be considered as invalid.
If the firm is a Partnership firm/Joint Venture (JV)/Hindu Undivided family (HUF)/Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) etc., the tenderers shall submit a copy of certificate that has to be given by attorney/authorized signatory/each member of Partnership firm/Joint Venture (JV)/Hindu Undivided family (HUF)/Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) etc. enclosed as Annexure-V/A (attached). Non submission of above certificate by the bidder shall result summarily rejection of his/ their BID.
Scanned copy of valid GST (Goods & Service Tax) Registration Certificate.
Documents in support of following shall be included along with tender document :- i) Copy of Valid Trade License (Digitally Signed). ii) Copy of PAN (Digitally Signed). iii) Copy of Credential if any (Digitally Signed). iv) Copy of Last year IT return (Digitally Signed).
