Repair and maintenance by OEM of Mechanical laundry steam boiler of cap 200 Kg/hr by checking of complete set including controls,safety device, pipeline, nut bolts, washers, gauges, pressure line leakages, hose pipe etc. removing the defects and refixing in its original position including making connections complete all as specified.

Repair and maintenance by OEM of washer Extractor of Cap 30 kgs make Ramson by checking of complete set including controls,safety device,pipeline,nuts,bolts,washers,gauges,hose pipe etc. removing the defects and refixing in its original position including making connections complete all as specified.

All as per item No 2 above but washer Extractor of capacity 15 Kgs

Repair and maintenance by OEM of Drying tumbler of capacity 50 Kg make Ramsons by checking of complete set including controls, safety device, pipeline, nut bolts, washers, gauges, hose pipe etc. removing the defects and refixing in its original position including making connections complete all as specified.

Repair and maintenance by OEM of Flat work ironer front feed and rear return type by checking of complete set including controls,Pneumetic cylinder for lifting of chest ,buffing and polishing of M.S. chest for smooth functioning,gear box with all pulley, safety device, pipe line, nut bolts, washers etc. removing the defects and refixing in its original position including making connections complete all as specified.

Repair and maintenance by OEM of flat body press machine by checking of complete set including controls, safety device, pipeline, nut bolts, washers, gauges, hose pipe etc. removing the defects and refixing in its original position including making connections complete all as specified.

Repair and maintenance by OEM of air compressor by checking of complete set including engine oil, key of shaft, controls, safety device, pipe line, nuts, bolts, washers, gauges, hose pipe etc. removing the defects and refixing in its original position including making connections complete all as specified.

M&L for taking out of Elect Motor 2 HP Capacity from foundation after disconnecting electrical connections, dismantling motor and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge including varnishing, baking, cotton tape and greasing of bearings, bushes and other connected parts, reassembling and fixing the same in its original position including replacement of unserviceable nut-bolts, washer, lugs, terminal plate and making proper electrical connection complete all as specified. Make of winding wire : - Devidayal / Chetak Note : - (i) Bearing if required for replacement shall be paid seprately (ii) Transportation of motor to wksp for repair and returned back after repair is included in the unit rate of items nothing extra shall be paid on this account

(a) Descalling of Gap between greads (b) Descalling of combution Chamber (c) Descalling of arch chamber (d) Descalling of stack arrester. (e) Overhauling burner nozzel blast tube pump, diffuser etc (f) Cleaning of Diesel tank and fuel lines Note:- (i) Rate Includes for painting on Diesel Tank and writing in White Paint Date of Cleaning and capacity. (ii) contractor shuld attend day day complaint of Incenarator regularly and maintenance shall be carried out accordingly for smooth functioning and the cost for the same shall be deemed to be include in the above quoted rates. (iii) Parts are measured and Paid separately.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of incenarator chimeny (Appx. 25 mtr long) for painting with two coats of aluminium anti corrosive paint of first quality after one coat of red oxide complete all as specified.

S&F in repair 50mm bore galvanized steel water tubing medium grade with & including all fittings laid in trenches complete all as specified.
