AMP of RD road to Khadiamunda road for the year 25-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 5000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 and as per the direction of EIC

Cleaning existing black topped surface including removal of foreign materials with wire brushes and small picks, seeeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dustong with old gunny bags and / or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment etc complete asper direction of Engineer charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Labour for scrapping, cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0Kg of bitumen for 10sqm and aying 37.5mm thick built up spray grouting in 1 layers 37.5mm thick each layer using 0.45cum of 25mm to 40mm size HG metal and 12Kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10sqm in each layer with 0.12 cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10sqm spreading over and laying including heating, pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen, metal and chips and rolling with PRR including hire and running charge of PRR and all other machineries including cost conveyance of bitumen metal and chips complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion [SS-1] on prepared surface of Granular base including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer @ 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502 of MORD forlow porosity surface and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and layign semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of apecified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostic pave finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and aligjment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandom rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MOSRT&H specificationf or road and bridge works (4th revision) etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved shade on new work two coat to give an even shade including all cost and labour etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Earth work in ordinary soil in embankment roads etc within 50m initial lead and 1.50m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm. To 7cm and layingin layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth including proper compaction with PRR etc complete.

Supplying & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing plain cement concrete with CC (1:2:4) using 12mm size h.g. chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete and compacting including wtering curing cost conveyance royalities and taxes of all materials cost of all labour with cost of allT&P required for the work etc complete.

Supplying and fixing of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make design colour and swixze made by block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP- Filling foundationa nd plinth with sand waatered and rammed etc complete.
