Sch 'A' PART-VII (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) Notes: (i) This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under column 5 signifies this fact only. (ii) Excavation and earth work except for the items which categorically includes for same shall be measured and paid separately under respective schedule.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Water Filtration 1000000 Ltr par Day Capacity Manual type system, supporting media ACTIVATED CARBON, PEBBLES, Gravels & Silex system having raw water having un dissolved impurities & particularly organic chemicals and filtered water should have less chemicals & particularly organic chemicals with Sand filter drainage for backwash water upto suitable location not more than 50 Mtr from IRP complete all as specified and as per direction of Engr-in-Charge alongwith the parameters mentioned below (Rates quoted to be inclusive of all the above parameters):-

Supply and Lay Ductile iron pipe 150 mm dia, CML, tyton with spigot and socket or flanged ends centrifugally cast, Class K-7, in any length, laid in trenches at various location complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Rates to be deemed including joint of DI pipe with compression of a rubber gasket between a seating on the inside of the socket and the external surface of spigot etc. and DI pipe with all including fittings. (ii) Sub connection making with suitable existing size lees

M&L shifting of existing Submersible pump set (along with submersible motor) of 50 HP capacity along with starter from existing UG Sump to new UG Sump after disconnecting all electrical and mechanical connection including making the all electrical/ mechanical connection with testing & commissioning at new place etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Pump set shall be shifted with proper safety using crane hydra/T&P/man power as required and same is deemed to be including in quoted rates. (ii) Rates also included the civil works involve in shifting of pumps set (iii) Rates includes M& L for all electrical & mechanical connection.

Supply, install, test & commission LT panel outdoor type, dust & Vermin proof self supporting fabricated out of CRCA steel sheet 3.15 mm in outer cover and 1.6 mm inner compartment of suitable size with 450 mm depth with base ISMB 75 mm and Angle Iron frame (50x50x5mm) support to mount panel and tightened with 06 Nos 30 mm x 15 mm bolts & nuts with 4 Legs 30 cms below & 30 cms above GL grouted in PCC 1:3:6 Type C2, cubicle type floor mounting, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 V, 50 Hz, AC supply, having cable ally on both sides of panel independent bays for incoming & outgoings with openable from front & rear side. Duly painted with powder coating (7 tank process) and PU gasket. Cable lugs are to be used to terminate cables/wires. Single core copper cables shall be used for connections from bus bar to MCCBs/MCBs/instruments etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Following shall deemed to be included in the cost of panel:- Note: Panel drawing should be approved by Garrison Engineer and CPRI approved.

Supply and fixing Cast Iron Air Valves with two air Outlets, 150mm dia bore and fixing Up in cast iron water supply mains line complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace PVC insulated and sheathed 1100 grade, flat type Submersible Cable 3 core, multistranded, Copper conductor of Size 10Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for spreading, leveling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick and ramming of sand cushioning to PVC/ XLPE cables with tibba sand and punning to provide required cover to UG cables complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured

Taking down 150mm CI/DI water mains, with spigot and socket or Flanged ends and lead joints/Flanged joints and sluice valve/NRV including all fittings including burning out joints and recovery lead complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
