Repairing and testing of 33/11 KV Transformer (3PF+01EF ) relay panel for alarm with triping by replaacing damaged components like transformers microprocessor Ics, chips, capacitor,diode resister A/D converters, display rectifier etc. if any required installed at various 33/11 KV Sub Station under EDC-1 jaunpur Works includes feruling and proper termination of connection in terminal blocks identifiying the proper continuity of protection cable from relay to CT decondary and checking of proper star point earthing of protction core.

Testing of 33 KV Breker Panel Brekers including testing of CTR Both by Primery Injection. Works includs cleaing and adjustment of relay contact and seting , cheking of closing and triping of brekers on remote / manual and protection trip commond CT by means of Primary Injection. Testing of 11 KV Incoming /Outgoing Pannel including Testing of CTR by primary injection , testing of relays. Work includs cleaning of relay contacts and adjustment of spring . Cheaking operation and triping of VCB/OCB on remote/manual and protection trip command genrated through Primary injection. Cheaking of actual triping time using VCB analiger and compresion with calculated time.

Tesing of 33/11 KV 05 /08/10 MVA Power Transfarmer with its control pannel at various sub-stations under ETD-I JAUNPUR. Including following test: :- No Load/Ratio Test, Short Circuit tes, Magnetization current test, Magnatik Balance test, Insulation Test, Buchholz, OTI/WTI Circuite Test and allorm system, Earth resistance of Transformer Body , Neutral to Earth.
