Construction of Inspection Bungalow (IB) above the Rest Shed of Upper Lanth Irrigation Division ,Belpada.

Excavation in all kinds of soil including moorum, stoney earth, gravel etc.excepting all kinds of rock & boulders exceeding 0.014cum in volume for dam base stripping, cut-off trenches, outfall drains and stripping in borrow areas including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including stacking of useful materials as per direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Supplying and laying sand of approved quality from approved quarry free from any deleterious materials on compacted surfaces of foundation plinth, inside of room and other places wherever required to proper thickness with surface dressing including all cost, conveyance, cess and taxes of all materials to the site of work with all labour and T&P required etc. finished with all leads, lifts, delifts etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete (1:3:6) using 40 mm and downgraded hard granite crusher broken metal from approved quarry of approved quality of uniform colour and texture and free from weathered skin and other deleterious materials and clean course sand free from all deleterious materials from approved quarry including loading & unloading at site and mixing the concrete by concrete mixer or by manually and placing the same in form work to all height as per the drawing and compacting with concrete by vibrator or by manually to required thickness and watering for curing with all leads lifts and delifts including cost, carriage, royalty, cess, taxes of all materials, water etc. with all labour, T&P required with hire and running charges of concrete mixer and vibrator etc. complete & as per the specification and direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing R.C.C M-25 grade using 20 mm & downgraded size hard granite crusher broken chips of approved quality uniform colour and texture and free from weathered skin and other deleterious materials and clean course sand free from all deleterious materials from approved quarry including loading & unloading at site and mixing the concrete by concrete mixer and hoisting & laying the concrete in form work to all height as per the drawing and compacting with concrete by vibrator to required thickness and watering for curing with all leads lifts and delifts including cost, carriage, royalty, cess, taxes of all materials, water etc. with all labour, T&P required with hire and running charges of concrete mixer and vibrator etc. complete & as per the specification and direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supplying of uncoated HYSD steel reinforcement for RCC work of all diameters and sizes of approved quality as per design and tying the grills, welding and placing in position at all heights including cost of all lapping, approved quality of binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge including all cost, conveyance, cess and taxes of all materials to the site of work with all labour and T&P required etc. finished with all leads, lifts, delifts etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing centering & shuttering to all permanently exposed surfaces of cement concrete with plywood/ wood shutters including supply of rigid tie, supports, false works & dismantling then after casting including cost, conveyance, labour cess & taxes of all materials with all labour and T & P including finishing the surface smooth with all leads, lifts and delifts, dewatering if required etc. complete and as per the specification, design & drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge a)R.C.C floor, roof slab, landing, balconies, projection, sun shades & chajjas. (1st Floor)

Providing centering & shuttering to all permanently exposed surfaces of cement concrete with plywood/ wood shutters including supply of rigid tie, supports, false works & dismantling then after casting including cost, conveyance, labour cess & taxes of all materials with all labour and T & P including finishing the surface smooth with all leads, lifts and delifts, dewatering if required etc. complete and as per the specification, design & drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge c)R.C.C beam, column, grider & bressmer, etc (1st Floor)

Providing centering & shuttering to all permanently exposed surfaces of cement concrete with plywood/ wood shutters including supply of rigid tie, supports, false works & dismantling then after casting including cost, conveyance, labour cess & taxes of all materials with all labour and T & P including finishing the surface smooth with all leads, lifts and delifts, dewatering if required etc. complete and as per the specification, design & drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge d)R.C.C lintel. (1st Floor)

Providing brick masonary work with Fly Ash bricks of (25x12x8)cm size in (1:6) having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) with clean course sand free from all deleterious materials from approved quarry including cost, conveyance, labour cess & taxes of all materials with all labour and T & P including finishing the outer surface smooth with all leads, lifts and delifts including sufficient curing the masonary to achive design strength etc. complete and as per the specification, design & drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
