Note : (a) Functional tools & plants shall be carried by tradesman all time for attending any site. (b) Necessary ladder / cloth or any other material reqd. (c) Debris / site clearance immediately before leaving site. (d) Safety eqpt to be carried all time. (e) In case of non-adherence of any of above fine/ penalty to be carried as under:- (i) 1st Time - Rs 200/- (ii) 2nd Time - Rs 500/- (iii) 3rd Time - Warning to contractor. (f) In case of 3 warning to contractor, it will be reflected in WLR for slow progress. (g) Complaint registered upto 11:00AM & emergency complaint to be attended same day. (h) Complaint Team consist of 02 Electrician alongwith reqd helpers.

Taking up old U/S XLPE insulated screened. PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor including taking up Old concrete cable cover from trenches/walls/ceiling/poles etc any size all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation, laying of UG Electric cable / staying of steel tubular pole etc. and getting out in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and as directed .

Cutting existing road surface or hard standing 0.45 mtr depth (22 cm thick comprising bituminous topping) using latest technology for laying of pipes/ cables and making good distrubed surface to match with existing complete.

Removing the excavated material/ soil not exc 50m out of MD land complete all as specified and directed .

Returning & filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soil complete all as specified & directed .

Material and labour for dry clean river sand for cushioning of cable in trenches for cable protection including spreading, leveling and hand punning complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. [Note :- Punned down thickness of sand shall be measured for payment]

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm. laid in trenches including reusing of old cable cover complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying including testing and commissioning PVC insulated XLPE, armoured LT cable, 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 35 Sqmm laid in trenches / through pipe /ducts or fixed on wall etc complete all connections to LT panel with proper size glands & lugs all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying including testing and commissioning PVC insulated XLPE, armoured LT cable, 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 70 Sqmm laid in trenches/through pipe /ducts or fixed on wall etc complete all connections to LT panel with proper size glands & lugs all as specified & directed.

M & L for Painting of LT panels of various sizes and any type including preparation of surfaces including scrapping out the old paint by scrubbing and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint including minor repair like welding of hinges, repairing of lock and key arrangements all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for servicing of LT panel including dismantling the old cable lugs (for cable size range 35 to 70 Sqmm) by cutting the cable including fixing of new lugs by pealing the cable, cutting and joing the cables with the help of Cable Joint Kit of suitable size if required, servicing of MCCBs/MCBs/Bush Bar/ Checking/Replacing of Nut Bolts etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. [Note:The material and labour required for servicing of LT panel i.e consumables/nut bolts etc shall deemed to be included in the item rate.]

M & L for servicing of LT panel including dismantling the old cable lugs (for cable size range 95 to 150 Sqmm) by cutting the cable including fixing of new lugs by pealing the cable, cutting and joing the cables with the help of Cable Joint Kit of suitable size if required, servicing of MCCBs/MCBs/Bush Bar/ Checking/Replacing of Nut Bolts etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Material and Labour for Attending Faults/Trippings and rectifieng /repairing the faults in LT Panels Boards/Capacitor Panels Boaeds/ MCCB's/ACB's /Change Over switches/Cable Connections/Bus Bar etc including PVC insulating Tapes/Nut bolts and all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for in Repair/replacement foundation of existing LT panels/Feeder Pillars/ Meter Panels complete with PCC 1:2:4 B2 type 20 mm graded stone, painting after PCC work complete all as specified and directed at site by Engr - in- Charge.

S & F in repair Swift clip pre-Galvanised steel Cable Tray of min size 150 mm x50 mm for laying of electric cables at meter rooms/common areas etc through walls/ducts etc complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Material & labour for chequered plate 5 mm thick size as per site requirement including cutting to required shape and appling two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down old chequered plate.

Material and labour required for checking the load on each phase From Transformer to LT Panels to feeder pillers and individual DBs and if unbalance load found in any phase of the the LT Panels or Feeders Pillers or DBs then inform to the concerned engr-in-charge and take necessary action to balance the load on each phase from LT Panels to Individual DBs.

Material & Labour for repairs/ Overhauling /Servicing to Existing LT electric panels Indoor type of each Transformer by taking shut down from appropiate authority including checking loose connections and tight connection and cleaning inside/out side all connection, replacing all cable glands,thimbles and lugs as per the size of existing cable, applying petrolium jelly on the contactors, providing new insulation tape to bus bars, repair to broken /hanging doors by fixing hinges or welding the door to make it servicable, spray painting (silver colour) / powder coating and testing the entire panel board after the completion of servicing up to the satisfication of Engr-in-charge all as directd and specified.[Note :- The tenders quoted rate per unit shall deemed to be inclusive of taking out burnt Voltmeter/ Ammeter/CT/LED lamps of any type and discription etc and refixing the same]

(i) Cleaning inside the panel and all incoming and out going feeders i.e including MCCB/SFU/Changeover switches/Contactors/ ACB's thorouly with help of Vaccum Cleaner. (ii) Checking the loose connections of incoming and out going feeders and rectifify the same with help of new GI nut bolts and washers (iii) Replacing the burnt out color coated PVC Sleeve of main and fedders bus bar with appropriated size of New PVC heat shrinkable sleeves -01Job (iv) Replacing Burnt out Voltmeters/Ammeters/Indicating Lamps/Hrc Fuses.-01Job (v) Replacing burnt out control wiring of Ammeter/Voltmeter/Indicating lamps and CT'swith 2.5/1.5Sqmm copper single core,1100V grade copper conductor cable- 01Job (vi) Replacing Burnt out Bus Bar of incomming and out going feededs with approprieted size of new bus bar (Copper/Aluminum) -01Job. Dismantling Air Circuit Breaker 4pole/3pole, 630Amps to 1250Amps, 415 Volts, draw out/fixed type from location and repair /overhauling of spring drive mechanism, coil, auxiliary switch including setting of over load coil, no volt coil, tripping coil & apply multi grease for mechnical parts, cleaning and inspecting male and female contacts and apply dry graphite conductive sealant for contacts, checking of electrical wiring system, testing, and assembling all items/components parts to the respective position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair CT's suitable for air circuit breakers of rating 630Amps/800Amps as all as per existing Make.

Supply and fix in repair Current Transformers,415V 400/5Amps,15VA burden,accuracy class 1 for metering accuracy for in existing panel and all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Current Transformers,415V 200/5Amps,15VA burden,accuracy class 1 for metering accuracy for in existing panel and all as specified and directed.

Supply fixing in replacement of battery 12 volts 180 AH suitable for DG set starting complete all as specified and testing and commisioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

S&F in replacement change over switch ON LOAD type, 415 volt, 50 Hz, AC 4 pole in sheet steel enclosures, capacity 400 Amps rated current manually operated confirming to IS : 13947 or lates edition with hight thermal and dynamic strength to with stand short circuit current level of 80 KA rms complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair indicating lamp holder with bulb LED(Red Yellow,Blue,Green) type to indicate incoming supply suitable for 24 V DC/110 VAC/230/440Volts AC and all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches of dia 20mm all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.
