Schedule 'A' (Section I)

Regular, routine service and comprehensive maintenance of Window Air Conditioner, Split Air Conditioner AC, Water Cooler, Refrigerator and water coolers of different premises, Job includes regular maintenance for keeping the machine in good working condition, attending the complaints of machines as per the requirement and instruction of engineer-in-charge. Job complete in all includes checking of machines, identification of defect, repair/ replacement of defective component. Rewinding of blower motor. Replacement of Thermostat, inner & outer blowers with motor, swing motor relays wiring kit. Blower, Fan blade, electrical switches, control knob, wires. cleaning of air filter, removal of dust from cooling coil and condenser by removing the machine from location if required. Attending the minor/ major leakage of refrigerant gas R 22/ R12/ or any other type, arresting the leak and re-charging the gas. Repair/ replacement of defective bush/ bearing of blower motor including lubrication of blower motor, tightening of all the electrical connections. Replacement of all type of defective capacitor. job complete in all respect including all consumables including gas, men & material etc making the ACs water cooler and refrigerator mentioned hereunder fully functional and as per direction and instruction of Engineer in charge. Note: All the material accessories, spares and consumable, gas etc required for above maintenance & repair would be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the Delhi Cantonment Board.

Regular, routine service & comprehensive maintenances of reverse Oismosis (RO’s) of various capacity and installed at different locations in Cantt area. Job includes regular maintenance for keeping the RO Machine in good working condition. Attending the complaints as per requirement and instruction of Engineer-in-charge. The job includes detecting of defects, repair and replacement of defective components such as membranes, pump, filter spuns and cabon, PVC flexible pipe, solenoid valve low and high pressure switches SMPS, Membrane housing PVC non-return valves, flow restricter etc., tightening of electrical connection. The job includes the dismantling of defective parts complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

The job include twice service of the Gen Set alongwith replacement of filter, lube oil, lubricants etc. The job includes detecting of defects and repair and replacement of defective components of alternator, Engine, electric panel etc Vs specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and painting with synthetic enamel paint (two coat) of enclosures of the water coolers made up of wire mesh and MS angle iron alongwith preparing surface of enclosure suitable to receive the paint including clenaing of cooler and internal area as specified by Engineer-in-charge.

SERVICE PART

Shifting and installation of existing, window AC, Water Cooler of any capacity and make at any location. Including all electrical connection, job also includes transportation within cantt area. complete in all respect with men and material and as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge in Existing/ ready made frame/ foundation including supply and fixing of wooden frame in existing window as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Shifting of Gen Set with Accostic enclosure of 30 kva capacity at designated location, including provision of foundation with antiviberation pad as per direction of manufacturer including all electrical connections, job also includes transportation within Cantt area complete in all respect with man and material and as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge on the foundation as specified

Shifting of existing split AC and its installation, testing & commissioning of 1.5/ 2.0 TR split AC of any make. Job includes refrigerant gas R 22 charging and transportation. Complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer/ Engineer in charge

Repairing of voltage stabilizer of any make and replacement of defective parts such as transformer, realy circuit plate, voltage meter etc of 4 KVA capacity including making the stabilizer fully functional as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning of water tank of desert coolers and cleaning of side panels with steel wire brush scratching old paint from complete desert cooler externally and internally and painted of the same with synthetic enamel paint ( silver ash/hammertone paint) one coat externally with spray painting and with a coat of water resistance paint inside over a suitable primer coat complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer –in- Charge.

Taking down existing unserviceable fan motor assembly complete with blades mounting frame leg with rubber bush from desert coolers and S&F motor assembly complet with blades, mounting frames legs with rubber bush for desert cooler of capacity 3000/4000/5000 cum hrs and testing complete all as specified and as directed. S/F in replacement of PVC water distribution system of desert coolers complete with PVC Elbow, PVC pipe heavy duty 15 mm dia all as directed.

Supplying and fixing in cement concrete including cutting and fabricating of angels iron 40 mm x40 mmx 6mm thick make to shape for fixing in wall in concrete over a coat of red oxide on angle iron frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L rewinding of desert cooler fan motor/exhaust fan motor of any make and sweep and size including replacing of suitable bearing & bushes and greasing to make fully functional complete all as specified as directed.

S&F Desert cooler stand/fabricated out of angle iron of size 40 mm x40 mmx6mm thick suitable to fix desert cooler having four legs including painting over a coat of red oxide on angle iron frame as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge

M/L rewinding of ceiling fan motor of any make and sweep and size including replacing of suitable bearing and bushes and greasing to make fully functional complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge
