Restoration work of damaged Tower No. 43(A+0) by Tower (C+0) of 132 KV Usawan-Tilhar Line and other associated works under Electricity Transmission Division Budaun, with all cost of men, Misc, consumables, Normal and special T&P etc. Required for satisfactory completion of the work with all due care of safety & precautions as per Technical specifications and direction of the Supervising engineer as per details Below-:

Check Survey Including Final Pegmarking

Cost of Excavation of 132 KV tower foundation pits including all earth work, back filling, levelling

Setting of Stubs Including all Foundation work but excluding the cost of concerting and excavation (Rate per Location)

Cost of concreting for all type tower foundation including cost of cement,dewatering , shoring and shutering, forming, curing but excluding cost of reinforcement

Cconcrate Normal mix 1:2:4

Installation of steel reinforcement bars in R.C.C foundation including cost of Steel Reinforcement bars with cutting ,bending placing binding etc

Transpotation of tower parts from 132KV Substation Bikapur to 132KV Substation Usawan, Budaun approx distance.

Shorting wieghing and loading of tower parts on private truck to be arranged by the contractor at 132KV Substation Bikapur, Ayodhya.

Safe Transpotation of galvanized tower parts by private truck duling arranged by the conttractor.

Unloading of tower parts from the truck then shorting and proper stacking of 132KV Substation Usawan, Budaun.

Dismantling of Super Structure of existing 01 No. A type Tower at Location No. 43 above the Ground Level including necessary use of Gas Cutter for cutting of Welded Bolts - Nuts etc, with shifting of dismentaled tower from working site to 132KV Usawan Substation store.

Removing of RCC Chimeny of 01 No. dismetalled tower (all 4 legs) below 1 mtr from ground level including cutting of stub, back filling and dispose of use less concreting.

Erection of Super structure towers and their extensions wherever required including all work above ground level excluding hoisting if insulators, Hardware & accessories, but excluding fitting of danger number, phase plates, bird guard and fixing & Punchung for 132 KV Lines

Tack Welding of all the Bolts - Nuts upto 1stSection of the Towers from Ground Level with 3 Tacks of 10 mm thickness & finally, applying of Zinc Rich Aluminium Paint on the affected surface.
