Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth upto 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure).

Fine dressing of the ground.

Supplying and plantation of trees in required size of pots/poly begs/katta, digging holes of size 90X90X90 cm, and refilling the same with excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 (Two part good earth and 1 part manure sludge) by volume. The plantation shall be completed with healthy plants and the maintenance of plants will be for a period of 03 years after the date of physical completion of work including replacement unhealthy and dead plants during the maintenance period, Maintenance will be paid seperatly and nothing extra will be paid to contractor on any account. The work will be executed as per direction of officer -in-charge.

Providing and Displaying Ficus nuda topiary well developed with fresh & healthy foliage 45 to 60cm spread 75 to 90 cm ht. bushy in 35 cm Cement Pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and Displaying Cycus cirsnallis well developed with fresh & healthy 35 to 40 lush green leaves in 40 cm Cement Pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in charge. Maintenance of potted plants Cement pots at ground floor in flats and ground floor bungalow,office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required ( Materials provided by the department) as per direction of officer in charge.Note total pot =150X36= 5400

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 10 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 10 k.m. lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).
